Ch. 14 : So Far Away

3 Months Later...

"Are you really busy? Can't you visit me at my studio? I think I've found a way for us.", Yoongi said over the line.

"No, Yoongi. I'm really packed. I promise I'll make it to your studio when I'm replaced in Music Bank. That wouldn't be so long. This week is my last week. I'll visit you on Saturday, yeah?", Irene replied with a heavy heart. Yoongi has been really excited about showing his new song that he plans to feature Irene in it. And Irene felt really bad for keep rejecting him like this.

"Okay. I swear if you don't make it in Saturday I'm giving the lines to Jungkook.", Yoongi scoffed. Irene could almost see him pouting on the phone.

"I'll do my best.", Irene replied again. "Hey, they called me to do my hair, I'll call you later, okay?"

"Okay."

"Love you.", Irene sent a kiss over the line making Yoongi smile, forgetting his disappointment earlier. Switching his eyes back to the screen.

He has been working really hard on the song and even planning to make film a music video for it. It's going to be included in his upcoming mixtape. Jungkook is helping him with the vocal demo recording and he said he's up if Yoongi needs a vocalist. But Yoongi had another plan, he's going to make Irene sing.

The song is called So Far Away, Yoongi wrote the lyrics thinking about how he's going to carry on with his relationship. The song has been composed since Yoongi came to Red Velvet's dorm three months ago, the one Irene wanted to be a slow R&B erotic song. But Yoongi refused.

Yoongi is not making a profit out of this project. He's only trying to show his full capability as a rapper and producer, showing his type of music, personal stories and preferences.

All the songs are either really cocky or really heartbreaking. This one is a heartbreaking one, he's only hoping that the fans catch on his indirect motives. He's hoping that if someday they relationship break on public, the fans will understand that he's just a lonely human being, that needs someone on his side.

But on the other side, while he's really excited about working on it with Irene, she's probably on her busiest of the year. She's been shooting commercials, being the MC, promoting their new album, doing comeback stages, practices, performs again. Yoongi tried not to stress Irene too much, but he's just so excited
