"Hi..." I pet Alfie's face and he nudges his head into my chest, sensing my sadness.

I hug his neck and he wraps his head around my body with his leg up around mine. I love this horse so much and I barely know him... it's amazing how horses can sense your saddens. "Hey sis...." I hear Asher behind me.
I turn around and sadly smile. "Hey Ash..." I pause. "W-what are you doing home from school?" I ask.
He smiles. "So I can be there for my sister, obviously" he hugs me. I wrap my arms around him, but tears don't fall out of my eyes. It's like I used them all and can't produce anymore. "Everything's gonna be okay. You have so much to look forward to! Competitions with Alfie here, your baby..."
I sigh. "You're right... I need to stop sulking and start caring for my other horse and child. Thank you Asher... I needed that" I smile. He smiles as well. "Let's go... we're going to school"
He looks at me in confusion. "Are you sure? You're going through a hard time right now and I don't want you to have a panic attack... that's the last thing I want to happen" he says.
I shake my head. "I'll be fine. Let's go" I say confidently and he skeptically nods.
We get our school stuff before jumping in the car and driving to school. It's lunch time so that's good, at least the first thing I do isn't getting caught up. We pull into a parking spot and walk in. "I'll see you later" I wave to Asher before jogging to the lunchroom.
"Get the fuck away from me!" i hear a familiar voice so I turn around to see Theo pinning a harmless guy into the lockers.
I run over to them. "What's going on?! Theo stop!" I shout, trying to pull him off. He growls and the guys glasses fall off. Theo stomps on them and I drop my jaw. "NO!" I pick up the crushed glasses and the guy starts to cry.
Theo kicks him. "He went to go after me!" Theo doesn't even look at me.
I look at the guy and he shakes his head. "I just dropped my pencil and went to pick it up! I promise I didn't even make any attempt to harm him!" he says and I look down to indeed see a pencil on the ground.
I pull at Theo's arm. "Babyboy stop! You're fine! Nobody's going to hurt you anymore, you're safe!" I beg for him to get off. "Please stop! You're hurting an innocent guy and even broke his glasses!"
He picks up him by his collar and throws him in the locker, letting him go. "Fuck off, Dove" he growls and walks off in anger. The guy shivers in fear and I look at him and smile.
