"Do you trust him enough for this? These are a lot of jumps..." Theo asks as I tack up Alfie. I nod, keeping my concentration. "Ok... well Jaxton and your parents are about to sit down so here are the twins for good luck"
I turn around to see Theo holding them. I smile and kiss all three of their cheeks. "One day you'll be the one at a horse show" I rub their cheeks. "I'll let daddy sit down, I'll see you in a good minute babies" I kiss them one last night. "And you sexy" I passionately kiss Theos lips.
He smirks. "Good luck my beautiful Dove" he kisses my cheek. "We'll be watching you in the crowd!" he says and I smile. He walks off and I mount Alfie then walk into the warmup ring.
I hear a lot of ooos and awwws when we walk in, which causes a smile to approach on my face. I start doing some light work and do some jumps and Alfie is a completely different horse! He's doing amazing and I'm really confident in this show.
Just as I think that, they call my everyone to gather up. I decide to go first so I stand in the entrance. "We have four twenty three, Maddie Winters on Alfie!" the announcer shouts over the intercom.
I pat Alfies neck. "Make me proud boy!" I shout whisper and we go into a canter. We sore over plenty of jumps and everyone cheers and claps.

I look over at the crowd to see the team all huddled up then begin to walk off. I frown and get side tracked, forgetting a jump that's upcoming. Alfie jumps over it, but a collapses... falling on me.

"DOVE!" Theo shouts and the team jump over the fence, running to me. The crowd gasps and I get out from under Alfie. He stands up and I stay on the ground, catching my breath. "HEY HEY!" Theo picks me up bridle style.
I cry in his chest while everyone rubs my back. "Are you okay?" dad asks and I nod. "You don't feel like anything's broken do you?" he asks again. I shake my head.
"Oh thank fuck" everyone says at the same time and releases a breath they've been holding in.
Theo places a soft kiss on my head as I hold onto his shirt. "Shit Mad... that scared the hell out of us!" Jaxton shouts then the paramedics run up to me.
