Doki Doki Literature Club X Reader ( Spoilers!! )

Yuri X Reader I Another World

It was after school, on a Thursday, and I was on the way to the Literature Club. I had an assignment for today, like we have had on the other days of the week too. We were assigned to write a poem, and show it to everyone else in the club. I was a bit nervous, I wasn't quite comfortable with sharing my writing yet.

And I could tell, my reading partner, Yuri, wasn't comfortable with it either, especially when she had to share with Natsuki, her least favorite member. Not that Yuri hated her, she just wasn't into the things Natsuki was, and she critiqued Natsuki's poem a day ago, which Natsuki wasn't to pleased with.

I walked into the club room, sliding the door open, and saw that Monika and Yuri were already there, and talking about something. When Yuri noticed me, she blushed a bit, as she looked at me. Monika looked at Yuri for a second, looking a little confused at her, but saw that she was looking at me.

" O-Oh, Hi ______..! " She said, looking a bit nervous. " Since we finished the book we read          y-yesterday, how about we go to the school library and pick a new one out? " she said to me, looking at me with her beautiful lilac eyes. " Sure, let me just put my book bag away first. ", I said as I walked over to a desk, putting my bag down on the floor close to it, making it tilt towards it so it wouldn't fall over.

Suddenly, I heard the club room's door open, and there was Natsuki and Sayori. Sayori was            as cheerful as ever, while Natsuki was looking at me, with angry eyes and a frown. She crossed her arms and tilted her head a bit upwards when she crossed me. " Are you r-ready? " Asked Yuri, playing around with her hair while talking. " Yep! Let's go. " I said.

We walked in the corridor, we were on the second floor, and the library was on the third. We had about 25 minutes on us to go and get a new book until we had to read each others poems, if we were lucky, and we might even get to read a bit of it. " So, what kind of book do you want to read? " I asked, breaking the silence. " W-Well, anything is fine, as long as it's something I would e-enjoy, but I'm not that picky... " Yuri said, looking down to the floor.

" Anything you recommend for a person who doesn't read much? " I asked her, trying to get a peek of her eyes. " W-Well, I'm not quite sure if you would enjoy it, but there is one book I quite enjoy, that is a bit short. It's called, 'The Ones With No Eyes '.The writer pays attention to the characters actions, and making sure everything is logical, yet mysterious.  " Yuri said, holding her hand to her chest.

When we finally got to the library, we had about 20 minutes on us to get a book. I looked trough the ' Short Stories ' category. I found a book with a interesting description, Yuri beside me, reads the description too, and smiles as she takes the book carefully from my grip, and smiles again.

" Do you want to borrow this one? " She asked, she seemed to look excited. " Y-Yeah, it seemed interesting. " I said. Yuri walked over to a lady, and talked to her. They then went over to a counter, and she scanned the backside of it. Yuri then took the book, and walked over to me.

" Let's go back to the classroom! " She said happily. We take off to the hall, and as we walk,Yuri reads the description again. " So uh, why are you so happy about the book? " I asked, confused. "O-Oh... was I being to hyper? " She asked. " No,no,no! It's just, you looked pretty happy when you borrowed it. " " Well, I wanted to read this one for awhile now, but I have never got the chance to pick it up. " " Oh, alright." 

When we make it back to the club, Yuri opens the door, and I see Monika looking at Yuri. " Oh Yuri, I didn't know you and ______ were dating! " She said, smirking. " W-W-What!? Who said that!? " Yuri asked, she was blushing madly, and sweating a bit. " Oh, no one told me, I just assumed. " Monika said. " Was I right? " Monika asked. I just awkwardly stared at Yuri and she looked back to me, and back to Monika.
