Its been weeks and I've been really down, i just want to talk to matthew again. Maybe at least stay friends. I could say the same thing with zach. I just want closure.

" hey, why so frowny? " suzy asks and i turned to look at her

" oh uh nothing " i lie with a force smile

" positive " i said " so uh, what time would we start? "

" in 5 minutes " she says and i nod

We're shooting a music video for my new single ' i hate u i love u ' . I released it just this week. Fans loved it

Suzy soon walked out of the dressing room and i glanced at my phone right after i hit contacts. I stare at Matthew's contact name thinking if i should call him or not.

Maybe i should.

So that i would know if he's this missing piece.

I soon hit his contact name and tap my fingers on the table nervously. I heard the familiar tone when a person pick up the phone call. I took a deep sigh and inwardly cursed.

" uh.. hello? " Matthews confused and lost voice came onto the speaker

Oh my god

His voice sent me goosebumps

" h-hi " i croak out " Matthew "

" maxine?? Wha- why are you calling? Wh- oh my god. Aren't you mad at me? You shouldn't be calling me " he says in shock

I know but i miss you

" i uh... c-can we meet?? " i stutter nervously

Am i really doing this?

" wha- why? " he asks unbelievably

" i just.. i just- just please could we?? " i ask as i fiddle with my fingers nervously

" well uh... i don't think your fans and family won't like that maxine " he  heavily sighs

" we could keep it private " i said " just please "

" why?? " he asks confused

" i need to see you matt " my voice cracks trying to stop the tears from falling.

Because if so, my make up would be ruin and everyone would find out that i cried.

" i-i- oh my gosh max " he sighs groaning softly " i miss you too okay? But i don't want to ruin you again "

" please? For me? " i croak out and i heard him sigh

" o- okay.  " he says

The door opened and i quickly turned around to see hannah and suzy

" maxine lets go " hannah says and i quickly ended the call

" yeah sure one second " i purse my lips as i look down on my phone
