Kate’s POV
I wake up Monday morning hoping this day won’t be a total disaster but I mean how bad can it go… with Cole I think extremely bad!
“Kate are you up?!” My Dad yells
“Yes, I’m up!” I yell back as I jump out of bed and put on my new black skater skirt that shows off my legs perfectly, a crop top, a super cute necklace, and a new pair of panties. When i’m done putting on my clothes I style my hair by just curling the ends and redo my eyeliner at least three times until it is as strait as a line. ‘I think i’m good’ I say to myself
‘You look beautiful’ my wolf whispers ‘he is gonna love you’
‘You think?’
‘I know’ she responds before silencing herself
I arrive at school early in hopes of seeing Bethany to get her approval on my ‘new look’ but when I get into the parking lot I seem to get approval from some other people too.
“Hey girl I like that little outfit”
“Mmm what are you doing after school cause I hope its me”
“Damn look at those legs!”
I hear from different guys watching me walk towards the school. I am so not used to this!
Cole’s POV
Bethany and I pull into the parking lot and I hear some guys giving cat calls, like who the hell does that anymore… then I see her “Is that Kate? She looks…”
“She looks hot!” I hear my sister yell as she jumps out of the car and runs towards her new best friend. She does look hot, I mean she always looks hot but now she looks downright sexy, no not sexy, gorgeous, she looks unbelievable, I think to myself while I gawk at the beautiful girl in front of me, and she’s all mine so those assholes better shut the hell up before I-
“Damn look at those legs!”
I’m gonna kill every guy at this school!
Kate’s POV
“Oh my gosh you look perfect!” Says Bethany as she comes up behind me.
“You really think so? It’s not too much?”
“No! Do you see all the guys eyeing you? You look hot” Bethany finishes saying as a gorgeous guy with brown curly hair and dark brown eyes comes up to us and says “Hey ladies, umm I haven’t seen you around are you new here?”
“Yeah I am” I respond in a shy voice
“Cool well I’m Dylan and you are?” he says with a lick of his lips
“I’m Kate”
“Kate? I like that. Well Miss Kate would you do me the pleasure of giving me your number so maybe we can, you know, hang out some time”
“Um, yeah-“
“No!” I’m interrupted by a stern, sensual voice that makes every inch of my body tingle with delight. “She will not be giving you her number” Cole says to the now scared guy, a wolfs worst nightmare is making his or her Alpha mad and Cole is beginning to get angry so I watch as Dylan slowly shy’s away from us while apologizing to me and his Alpha.
“Why did you do that? He looked terrified of you!” I yell to Cole in this very public school parking lot.
“Because if I didn't you would've given him your number” He says in a harsh whisper trying to stay quiet as if we haven't already attracted attention “You are coming with me. We will finish this conversation somewhere else” he says while gesturing for me to follow him. I look back at Bethany as she says, “Good Luck” in her overly excited voice, like thats gonna help.
