Lost and Found

I woke up and got dressed before headed downstairs. "Daddy!" I yelled when I got to the bottom of the stairs.

He came around the corner and lead me to the kitchen. There was breakfast for me so I quickly ate it.

"Go tell everyone bye." I nodded and hopped down from my chair. Everyone was in the living room so I walked around hugging everyone. "If Bella and Edward call tell them I said hi."

Daddy carried me out to his jeep and got me strapped in before heading to the treaty line. Paul was leaning against his truck already.

"Your gonna stay with Paul until tomorrow. We're all going hunting tonight." Daddy said as he helped me out.

I nodded and grabbed my bag from him. "Be good." I hugged and kissed him bye before running to Paul.

"I missed you." He picked me up, hugging me. "I missed you more." He kissed my forehead and then buckled me into his truck.

"Where we going?" Paul looked at me through the review mirror smiling. "Well the pack is at Emily's so we'll head there first." I nodded and started messing with my fingers.

When Paul pulled up he came around and helped me out. "Dementia!" I looked up and saw everyone running out of the house.

Paul moved and I took off towards them. Jared got to me first. He picked me up and swung me around. "You've gotten so big girl." I laughed and hugged him.

Sam took me next and he asked me how I was. Emily hugged me after, then it was Embry, then Quil, then Leah. I turned and quickly hugged Seth before jumping into Jacob's arms.

"I missed you." He hugged me, rubbing my back. "I missed you too."

I pulled away and we all headed inside. I sat down on Paul's lap. "So have you heard from Bella?" Jake blurted out. Paul's arms tightened around me.

"Edward called when they got there. But he hasn't called today. I'm not home to know anyways." I turned and wrapped my arms around Paul's neck.

"Will you be at my wedding?" He smiled and nodded. "Of course he will. He's gonna be groom." Jared said laughing with everyone.

"Good. No one else is allowed to marry my Paul." I kissed Paul's nose and he kissed mine. "Y'all are so cute." Emily awed at us.

I blushed and hid my face in Paul's neck. "Here boys. Foods ready."

Paul picked me up and shoved past the other boys. I stuck my tongue out at them when they pouted. I grabbed a plate and started putting food on it.

"Emily can I have some strawberry milk?" She nodded and went to fix it for me. "Here you go sweetie."

I thanked her and started eating my food. Paul came and sat beside me with Jared on my other side. When I finished Paul took our plates up.

"Can we go swimming?" I asked. The pack and Emily all agreed and we left for the beach after changing.

Paul took me out to the water and tried teaching me. After about an hour of no success I got mad.

"Why can't I do it Paul?" I pouted, crossing my arms. He laughed and kissed my wet hair.

"It just takes practice babygirl." My nose scrunched up. I felt a weird feeling in my hands. "My fingers are tingling. "

I brought them up to my face and looked at them. The skin was prunny and pale.

I suddenly got a feeling to run my fingers over the water. I watched as the water started following my fingers making a tiny wave.

"Paul, look." I waved my whole hand over the waters surface and slowly started raising it. I was shocked to see the water following my hand.

I looked up at Paul and his face showed confusion. "We need to get ahold of Carlisle." And with that Paul picked me up and walked over to the others.

He put me down by Jared and reached for his phone that laid ontop of my bag.

"Carlisle?" Paul said into the phone. "Um well is there anyway you guys could come back early?" He paused and listened into the phone.

He started pacing infront of us. The others lookednat him confused then turned to me. I shrugged and turned back to Paul.

"Dementia just moved the water." Another pause. He nodded then said bye and pulled his phone.

"Lets go get you showered and dressed. They're on their way home." I nodded and grabbed my stuff. Paul explained to everyone and we soon went back to his house.

I showered then got dressed. Paul gave me some food while I waited on him. When he finished he came down to where I was and we left.

He drove home and I hopped out and onto his back. Carlisle was waiting on the porch for us. "Come to the back yard."

Paul nodded and ran around the house to the back. "Mommy! Daddy!" I jumped off Paul and ran to them. They hugged me and gave me kisses.

"Its only been a couple hours and you already missed us." Daddy said poking me. I glared at him, playfully.

"Babygirl, can you show them what you did with the water?" I heard Paul ask. He was standing off to the side with his eyes on me.

I nodded and walked over to the stream with everyone behind me. I kicked my shoes off and stepped into the water.

I turned so I was facing my family. I ran my hand over the water surface and raised my hand up like I did at the beach.

Just like earlier the water followed my hand movements. The water wrapped around my wrist like a bracelet and hung away from my hand still following.

"I'm gonna go call Benjamin and see when's the soonest he can come." Grandpa said before sprinting off into the house.
