"Is this land plentiful?" Robinstar asked Ebonyfoot.

"They prey is fast but it's there." The warrior replied.

"I don't see any other place for us to go." Wolfclaw added.

"This type of land goes on for too long. We are better off here." Desertwind explained.

"Then we will stay." Robinstar decided.

Many of the warriors smiled and he saw a wave of relief spread through the clan. They were tired. They needed some place to call home. It didn't have to be perfect. They had lost too many to be picky. Robinstar called for every cats's attention. "I have decided that this spring will become Tree Clan's new territory. Our boundaries stretch until the camp can no longer be seen. Warriors will mark them. You all have traveled far and fought hard. I am proud to have been able to lead such a fine group of cats. It is time for some hope. Our apprentices have become warriors on this journey and they have earned their names. I, Robinstar, leader of Tree Clan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to warriors in their turns. Briarpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?" Robinstar announced, saying the ceremonial words with as much pride as he could muster.

"I do!" The she-cat replied.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Briarpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Briarspots. StarClan honors your loyalty and speed, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Tree Clan." the new warrior made her way up to Robinstar who place his chin on her head and she licked his shoulder in return. Briarspots backed away and Robinstar continued on to the next apprentice. "Smallpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your clan, even as the cost of your life?"

"I do!" Smallpaw meowed.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Smallpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Smallbranch. StarClan honors your dedication and patience, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Tree Clan." Once again, Smallbranch stepped forward and Robinstar place his chin on the new warriors head only to recieve a lick on his shoulder. "Grizzlypaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do." The tom replied enthusiastically.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Grizzlypaw, from this moment on you will be known as Grizzlyclaw. StarClan honors your strength and courage, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Tree Clan." Robinstar and Grizzlyclaw did as the ceremony required and he moved on to the next cat quickly. "Goldpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" The she-cat said 'I do' loudly. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Goldpaw, from this moment on your will be known as Goldbreeze after your mother. Your name shares both of theirs. They were loyal Tree Clan cats through and through. Star Clan honors your spirit and loyalty, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Tree Clan." She licked his shoulder and the clan finally began to cheer. "BRIARSPOTS!! SMALLBRANCH!! GRIZZLYCLAW!! GOLDBREEZE!! BRIARSPOTS!! SMALLBRANCH!! GRIZZLYCLAW!! GOLDBREEZE!! BRIARSPOTS!! SMALLBRANCH!! GRIZZLYCLAW!! GOLDBREEZE!! BRIARSPOTS!! SMALLBRANCH!! GRIZZLYCLAW!! GOLDBREEZE!!" The cats eventually quieted down and they began to settle for the night. The new warriors took up guard posts where they would stay for the entire night.

Robinstar was woken late into the night by Dustkit who was pushing himself into his father's chest. "It's so cold!" The kit whimpered. Robinstar peered around to find that many of the cats were shivering and curling closer together. He himself picked up Dustkit and they both settled down next to Cottonkit and Russetfang. The next morning brought back warmth but Robinstar needed to find a way to protect his clan at night. He thought back to how they made dens by the lake but this area held the wrong tools. Then Lake Clan's camp came to mind. Their dens were made out of dried mud. There was certainly mud around the spring and they could mix dirt with the water to make more if they needed to. He called Blacksun over and told the tom what he was thinking.
