"My friend is throwing this party, what're you doing here?" That was mostly true, the person hosting the party when to primary school with me.
"Jungkook didn't want to come alone, so we tagged along." He said something more, but I couldn't hear him because some student had started chugging and everyone began to cheer, Jimin most of all. Yoongi looked at me for a moment before taking my hand and pulling me away from the growing crowd.
We moved over to sit on the stairs and observe the people. He didn't let go of my hand once we were sat down, which made me smile. I watched Eun take a drink from a red cup, and I sighed knowing that I'd have to make sure she got home alright. She had a very quick reaction to alcohol. Yoongi noticed my annoyance and followed my gaze.
"Who is she?" I turned away from her to look at him.
"Just my roommate. I'm just going to have to make sure she gets home fine tonight." I rolled my eyes. "Normally I'd be fine with doing that, but I had just hoped she'd have common sense tonight."
We watched as she turned to Jungkook, likely having an inflated sense of confidence because of the alcohol. My eyes widened, watching her tap him on the shoulder and say something I couldn't hear. I immediately stood up and went to her, hoping to save her from embarrassment. She would thank me later.
"Hey Eun I think I forgot to unplug the hair straightener, we gotta go right now!" She looked confused but followed me, leaving Jungkook looking at me with raised eyebrows.
"Why is it that every time I see you, you're rushing away?" Jungkook asked. I only had time to give him a grin in response, as I ushered Eun away. Just as I was getting her out the door, I locked eyes with Yoongi who was still on the stairs, catching his breath from laughing so hard. I blushed and waved before leaving.
Eun mumbled to herself the whole way home, but I didn't really pay attention to what she was saying. She walked slowly, almost tripping several times. Her system really did not do well with alcohol.
Once we reached our dorm, I gave her some ramen left over from dinner. It quieted her down for a bit, and when she was finished I helped her to bed. She protested for a minute but fell asleep quickly, and I checked the time to notice that it was about one in the morning.
I sat back listening to her snoring, jumping when my phone rang. I checked the caller ID, smiling as I saw that it was Yoongi.
