"So, what exactly did you see?" Recovery Girl asked as she sat down across from (y/n).
"I was in this like... purple room? Or... vortex... I don't know... it was just... purple everywhere... maybe with the occasional black stripe?"
"Hmmm... this is interesting... was there anything else you recall?"
"Well... there was a girl... she was screaming and she was falling.... I tried to reach for her, but the vision or whatever it was... ended?"
"History is repeating itself..." Recovery girl muttered uncomfortably.
"History? Repeating itself? What are you talking about??" (y/n) asked growing somewhat uneasy.
"I... I mean it's probably not... don't worry about it dear. It could just be drawback from using your quirk." Recovery Girl offered, although (y/n) could tell that she was lying.
"A drawback? My drawback is nausea though... and in extreme cases losing consciousness." (y/n) muttered.
"Well... illusions could be a drawback too..." Recovery girl mumbled. "I'll talk to your dad about it... but if you see another vision... please notify one of the staff alright?"
"I thought it wasn't that big of a deal?" (y/n) asked as she sipped her tea.
"Illusions could affect the way you see things dear. Let's say you see a villain as someone you trust and follow them... there are just so many things that could go wrong, so please?" Recovery girl responded, she looked frightened.
"Alright. I promise." (y/n) mumbled with a smile, hiding her crossed finger underneath the table. She quickly gulped down the remaining tea. "I should start heading home. I was planning on catching the new episode of 'Fear Factor'."
"That horrible show where they lock people in a room with their worst fear????" Recovery asked nearly spitting out her tea.
"Yep."
"That's an evil show."
"You know it's staged, right?"
"... Moving on... I don't want you to get home using your quirk." Recovery Girl ordered.
"Oh come on." (y/n) groaned.
"We don't know if the effects of the illusion have worn off." Recovery Girl replied as she picked up the teacups.
"I'm fine! Really!" (y/n) reassured.
"Take. The. Bus."
"FINE!" (y/n) caved. "I'll take the bus."
"Good! Now here. I've got a tiny needle to give you!" Recovery said cheerily as she picked up a giant needle.
"W-what exactly will this needle do?" (y/n) asked as she began to sweat profusely.
"It should settle your quirk. Stop any illusions from popping up. But, you'll be unable to use your quirk for about an hour."
"Y-yeah, I think I'm okayyyy..." (y/n) muttered nervously.
"Nonsense! Take the needle" Recovery Girl replied as she cornered (y/n). (y/n) gulped, and a loud screech was heard through U.A.
"There! All done! That wasn't too bad now was it?" Recovery Girl asked a traumatized looking (y/n).
"Yup. Not scary at all" (y/n) whispered staring straight ahead, still trembling.
"Alright now... you should be on your way." Recovery Girl responded cheerily. (y/n) snapped out of her daze and stood up quickly.
