C1- Shoto gets his quirk!!! Again!

It was a warm day in August, and the two children had just finished an exhausting day of kindergarten. Shoto's mother had come to pick up both children, and when she came, let's just say the young boy had some exciting things to tell his mother.

"Guess what!" Shoto exclaimed smiling and holding his mother's soft hand.

"I don't know, Shoto. What happened?" she asked patting the small boy's hair. The girl on the other side of the kind woman giggled holding her other hand.

"I got my quirk! I can use fire and ice!" Shoto exclaimed a wide smile covering his face. His mother paled, but tried her best to hide her fear.

"T-that's amazing, Shoto. W-what are you going to call it?" Todoroki's mother asked.

"I don't know..." Shouto muttered with a pout.

"I have an idea!" the young girl exclaimed out of nowhere, startling the woman and the other child who was deep in thought. The young boy pouted since he had lost his train of thought.

"You should call your quirk, icy hot pain relief patches; now 30% off in stores near you!" the girl exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with joy.

"..."

"How about we think of the name a lit-" Todoroki's mother began, but she was cut off by the younger version of (y/n). 

"Side effects of using icy hot pain relief patches may include but are not limited to depression, drowsiness, itchy throat high blood pressure, low blood sugar, nausea, heartburn, bad breath, upset stomach, blurred vision, sore throat..." (y/n) spoke as she stared into a non existent camera lens smiling oddly yet serenely. The two Todoroki's looked at her with a mixture of confusion and oddly enough, fear. 

"I see... well how abo-" unfortunately, (y/n) was not done with her list of side effects.

"...spontaneous combustion, bankruptcy, back problems, loss of teeth, fainting, theabilitytomakepeoplehavetheurgetopoorboilinghotwateroveroneofyoureye'sandleavingyouwithascar and in severe cases death :)" (y/n) finally finished saying all the side effects. 

"....Thank you, (y/n)..." Rei chuckled nervously. 

"But do not worry! The benefits highly outweigh the risks! The benefits are   " (y/n) smiled up at Rei. 

"The benefits are?" Rei echoed. 

"Buy Icy Hot Pain relief patches for 30% in stores today, and get a second box for free!" (y/n) cheered as she skipped down the road. 

"...Does that mean there are no benefits...?" Shoto asks his mother. 

"... I don't actually know" Rei responded looking baffled.
