        "Broke up with Brooke, What do you mean?" I asked him.  

      James looked at me then back at Jared, who looked at him with a fake smile. "They got in a fight, Saying that you got in the way. She was jealous that Jared gave you most of the attention that Brooke wanted. Funny part is is that Brooke didn't really like him. Guess she liked him because he was rich and his dad came from a very busy part of the state."

        I was speechless. So its my fault..? Now he's all depressed because I couldn't help but hang out with him. I ran outside and walked to my front yard, sitting quietly in the grass.

        "Let me stay out here for a bit, I'll be with you guys soon," I choked, trying not to show my tears.

 James nodded and went back in the house, closing the door behind him. I felt alone, My whole world was crashing down under me. First I get bullied in school, then I find out that my crush goes out with the most popular girl in school, after I join the boys basketball team and become the first girl to ever play at the school in years, and now my crush is broken and hurt because of my mistakes. I didn't feel good, I thought that I was about to puke.

        Your stupid, He likes you. Don't be so hard on yourself. Just tell him how you feel and he would understand...

What am I thinking? He wouldn't listen to me, I know he wouldn't. I heard the door open and I burried my head in my knees.

        "What are you doing out here alone?" I felt an arm wrap around my shoulder.

        "Who am I speaking to again?" I asked quietly.

        "Jared, You know from the basketball team"

        I felt my heart go into my stomach and burn. Why is he talking to me? Is he going to curse me out?

        "Look, It wasn't your fault that me and Brooke aren't together anymore. She was just obsessed with herself and never thought about how I felt, And I belive that another girl that I know will be able to take her place." His tone of voice got soft.

            " She has long black hair thats curly at the end. She has an amazing smile and shes the toughest girl I've met. She's very sweet and her laugh is soo cute, Have any idea who she is?"

        "Probably not me," I mumbled, lifting my head up from my knees.

        He came a bit closer and wrapped his arms around me. "No, Its you," And the most amazing thing happened..

        He kissed me.
