Destiny POV
I walked into the bathroom and finished my makeup. Nicolas was taking me on a date while Malachi and Leiana babysat the kids. It's been a few months since me and Nicolas been talking and our relationship was improving. Malachi and Leiana have become close and she's been coming over a lot.
I walked downstairs and kissed the kids goodbye. I opened the door for Nicolas who was holding flowers for me. I smiled and took them after saying thank you.
"You look pretty!"
"Thank you and you don't look too bad your self. I like your suit and tie!"
"Thank you!"
I blushed as he walked in. He gave the twins and Nyla a kiss. He walked over to Leiana and gave her and hug and gave Malachi a handshake. He looked at me and smiled.
"Everybody have a seat I have something to say!"
I looked at Nicolas as I took a seat.
"I am sorry baby for not being there when you needed me. But I want to be with you. I want to be a husband and a father to y'all."
"Ok babe, you can come home. I want you to come home I've sleeping in my bed alone for too long!"
I got up and hugged him and he kissed my forehead. We left into the car and smiled.
Malachi Pov
After mom and dad left, the kids went into the movie room while Leiana and I, cooked them some food. I really had strong feelings for her and I wanted her to know.
"Leiana, um can I tell you something."
"Yes, chai."
"I really like you a lot and I really want you to go out with me"
"Chai I would love to go out with you."
"Really."
"Yes!"
I smiled and gave her a hug. She looked at me and smiled. I kissed her lips for a long time before being interrupted.
