Chapter 2

"I'm blind."

Kihyun froze. "Is this some kind of a joke?"

He waited for the girl to spill the punchline but there is nothing. Instead, the girl frowned.

"Don't tell me you don't really believe me?" The girl was surprised.

"Look, how can a blind girl go here? And how can you just stay here at the parking place? You should be just staying in your house.. if you are really blind." He explained. He thought if this girl is trying to playing with him, she chose the most lame way.

For some reasons though, he couldn't say it directly. And he is not that type to go around the bush.

"Ow--"

He was caught surprised when in one swift motion the girl in front of him grabbed his shirt.

"Look at me." The girl ordered.

Again, he saw her eyes. They're beautiful. One of the most beautiful eyes he has seen in his life. And he is drowning.

"I don't care if you believe me or not. But please help me see my brother." In a desperate tone. 

Their position is too near to each other. If this girl is just another typical girl from the club, he might have already taken advantage. Especially with an inviting lips very near to him. But Kihyun shook the idea away. 

He held the girl's hand that made the girl slightly surprised. 

"I have so many questions in my mind right now." He said.

"I'm sorry." The girl replied.

'Sorry?' Kihyun frowned.

He sighed. He's supposed to go back home but now he is stucked with a girl saying she is blind. 

"Okay." He let go of the girl's hand and took a step back. "I'll help you, but first, you have to tell me what is your brother doing here and why are you here."

The girl smiled and Kihyun froze again.

'What is happening to me?' He thought.

"My brother is working in that club as a barista. I was supposed to be at home, but my panic attack came at me so he can't leave me. He's supposed to just stay with me but his boss called him so he doesn't have any choice." She explained.

"And so he went here with you." Kihyun assumed.

"No."

'What?' He frowned.

As if the girl saw the confusion in him. The girl continued, "He left me at home because that's better, I'm more safe at home. But..."

"But?" Kihyun losing his temper.

The girl sighed heavily. "It's my fault. Okay? I went after him. Because I don't think my panic attack subsided completely so I don't want to be left alone."

Kihyun stared at her with disbelief. "You're unbelievable." 

"I know. I'm sorry." The girl looked down and played with her fingers. 

"How did you go here?"

"I rode a taxi and asked the driver to drop me here."

"Wow, you're brave." He exclaimed. He's somehow pissed for unknown reason.

"I thought there would be random people here that I can ask for help." She said.

"Wow, I'm lucky I'm that random person." He sarcastically said looking at her.
