A/N : ok, this story has been on and off the horror list for quite some time, but if you guys can actually get it to stick on the kist for at least 2 days, I will add even more new characters and will update even more. But you guys have to vote or comment. Enjoy

Carmin, Blake and Amya sprinted toward the sound of the honking, excitement boosting their already fast speed. The shocking noise was coming from BEHIND the bus, like someone was driving toward it from the opposite side. Carmin was the first one to skid around the rear of the bus and see the approaching car, which was about 4 yards away. It was a dark green color, the color of moss in spring, with tinted windows that wouldn't let you see inside it. Carmin gulped, intimidated by it already. She heard Blake, Amya and a lot of other people stop just behind her, watching the approaching car over her shoulder.

The car shuddered to a halt right next to the bus, its tires spraying up dirt and dust in the process. The passenger door opened and a moment later a teenager, probably the same age as Amya, stepped out into the late afternoon sun, his dark sunglasses obscuring his eyes. He was about 5'5, but the black combat boots he was wearing boosted him to 5'7. His face was mostly hidden under a baseball cap pulled very low.

Carmin watched as the other door, the driver's side, opened and revealed an older woman with white - blond hair that was windswept and disheveled clothing that was much to big for her. The woman looked to be about 40, but if you looked at her out of the corner of your eye, she could easily pass for as 20.

The woman looked around before spotting the small group of people by the bus. She waved hesitantly, a shy smile forming on her old but young face. The boy said something to the woman, his voice to quite for Carmin to hear. The woman frowned, considering, but after a moment, she grabbed her dark brown hand bag off of the car's seat and walked toward them, her face excited but wary. The boy sighed and followed after her, a backpack slung over his shoulder.

A/N : yes, it was short but remember what I said earlier. Also, I'm rethinking the story plot.
