Chapter 6 - Getting ready

(Brooklyn's POV)

It was already the end of school, geez, the days really fly here, it was probably just because I had such an awesome first day. The whole deal with Adam was forgotten as the day gradually got better. First I met Steve, he seemed really nice and invited me to a party tonight. (Since it is a Friday.) and then I met two really nice girls named Jenna and Alex, they hung out with me as much as they could today, and showed me to all of my classes. When Adam, my first friend, didn't. I saw him come into class late looking flustered, and then Emily coming in after him looking flushed and happy. I can put two and two together. Whatever, I couldn't care less, I'll go to that party, and have lots of fun, and look absolutely fabulous and forget all about Adam, like it never even happened. I was at my home at the time, when I heard my doorbell ring. Good thing my dad wasn't home or else I would be completely embarrassed.

"Coming!" I said jogging down the stairs. I opened the door and there stood Jenna and Alex, they said they would be here and they kept there promises, that's a first, not many people have kept there promises with me.

"Hey gurl!" The two said together , oh and did I mention they were twins, identical, so they said most things together.

"Hey you guys, come on in!" I said gesturing towards the inside of the house. The walked inside.

"Ok girl! Let's get up to your room so that we can get started on you!" I led them upstairs to my room.

"Is this your bedroom?" Alex asked. I nodded "It's really nice." She said, and she wasn't lying, this is a really nice room,,my dad might be a drunk, but he has enough money saved up, and enough brain cells left, to buy this heck of a house!

"Ok what do you want to wear tot his party?" Jenna asked. I shrugged my shoulders, if never really been to a party.

"Well you want to have something sexy, but not slutty." Alex said, and started to search through my closet.

"What about this?" Asked Alex, holding up a pair of dark right skinny jeans and a purple crop top. I liked it a lot, it was the perfect, sexy but casual look.

"It's perfect!" I said nodding excitedly

"Great! Now go try it on!" I grabbed the outfit from her hands and went into the bathroom to get changed. Once I got out of the bathroom they gasped in awe.

"You look fabulous!" Jenna shouted in my face, Alex nodded in agreement,

"Ok! Your guys's turn!" I said, they took turns going into the bathroom and putting on there outfits. Jenna wore a flower print high waisted skirt, and a pink pastel v-neck top. While Alex wore black skinny jeans, a black t-shirt with the words 'Back Off' on it, and a black leather jacket. Even though they were twins, they were nothing alike. Jenna was a girly girl and really quiet and shy, while Alex was loud and bold, and was a real tom-boy. Most people are intimidated by Alex's loud personality, but when you got to know her, she was a really nice and kind person.

"You both look great!" I said, grinning.

"Thanks." Said Jenna.

"MAKEUP TIME!!!!" Alex yelled. I went into the bathroom to grab my makeup bag.

"Ok, who's first!" I asked waving the bag around.

"ME ME!!!" Alex said jumping up and down. Once we were done with her, she looked like she wanted-A goth chick who likes to ride on motorcycles. Alex is such a weirdo. But, that's why I love her! Then we did Jenna's makeup which was not a whole lot. She had nude everything pretty much, except for mascara, so it didn't look,like she was really wearing anything. Finally it was my turn. I didn't have a lot on either. But Imdid look quite sexy, if I do say so myself. I had black mascara on and red lipstick. But I didn't look like a Barbie Doll.

"Are we good?" I asked.

"We good!" Said Jenna and Alex. We started heading towards the door. We hopped into Alex and Jenna's convertible and turned up the radio.

"SO HIT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME!" We all yelled/sang together.

"YOU READY FOR THIS YOU GUYS!??" Alex yelled.

"YEAH!" We yelled back, god, we were already wild and we haven't even gotten to the party yet!

Finally we pulled up in the driveway of Steve's house. God his house was huge! I can't even say it was a house, more like a mansion! We hadn't been gotten inside and I already smelled the alcohol and heard the music. Tonight was going to be a fun night...

Hey guys! It's sophie! Sorry I didn't update for like two days, I know it's not that long, but I like to update as frequently as I can. this chapter is kind of just a filler, so nothing that exciting really happened. Sorry! But the next chapter will DEFINITELY be more exciting. You'll just have to wait and see though. 😏 I know, I'm evil. 😬
