There are no good ideas, only bad ideas.
Plot vs Premise
Novels don't sell on idea - its writing, characters, do.
High concept books do exist (premise only ) but rare. Teenagers fighting to death, Jurassic park.
So was - girl caught up in robot apocalypse a concept. ie Cyborg's Pet. High concept?
Girl falls in love with man she is sent to kill ( the man between my crosshairs) - is high concept but failed.
Get excited about plot not the idea.
