Chapter 12: Apologizing

I woke up cold and stiff my skin on my face was frozen from tears. When I moved I thought I was going to snap in two. My heart ached when memories rushed to me. I had to apologize to them they did not need to know my problems there my problems to keep not there's. Fear set in 'I don't know how they will react. What if they get angry!!! No no Yuri it's fine they're not like that.' I got up and got dressed trying to distract my nerves.
I slowly open my door and look down the small hallway and look in the living area. All clear, I exit my room and go to the kitchen and see a wallet and keys on the island near the fridge. I look around to make sure no one was around me. I quickly grab it, I look inside I saw a 500 ruble bill ($8) I hesitantly grabbed it and then put the wallet back. My heart was racing, panic started to set in I quickly got to the front door and got out of there. I signed with relief but then I realized how cold it was. I looked out and saw that Victor and Yuuri's car was still in the driveway I debated for a while 'what should I do?' I didn't know I was frustrated and afraid. I stood unmoving. I finally realized what I had to do and started walking to their house. I got to the door and knocked before I could change my mind. I hugged my arms trying to condense any warm to my body. The door opened and It was Otabek he stared at me in shock "Yura" he said softly, my heart skipped a beat hearing his voice saying my name. He grabbed my arms and pulled me into a hug "Your freezing!!" He closes the door and drags me in, I melt into his hug he was so warm.  " Come on, we are going to have breakfast." I allow him to pull me in. Victor petting Makkachin and Yuuri was in the kitchen making breakfast "My love I'm worried about makkachin he's been moping ever sense yesterday." Victor said they both seem oblivious to my presents. Yuuri look like he was lost in thought  "mmhmmm poor Makkachin" "I think he misses Yurio"
"Yea, maybe"
"Well then he should stop moping now we have a visitor." Otabek inturupted
Makkachin saw me and ran full speed sniffing me up and down and then pushing and pulling me to were Victor was sitting. I sat down (fell down) right next to Victor "YURIO!!" Victor hugged me really tight. Yuuri snaped his head toward us "Yuri!" He walked over to me and rubbed my cheek then rested on my shoulder "Are you hungry? You okay? You look exhausted." I look down and played with the hem of my shirt "I-I um .. I just wanted ... t-to ssay s-sorry. I walked out and the things I said w-was ... Just ... It was wrong of me to-"
"Why are you apologizing?" Yuuri said I look down
"I-  what I said- I'm just- sorry"
Makkachin nuzzled his face between my hands. Yuuri was about to say something but Victor said something first "your apology is unaccepted! Because there isn't anything that you need to apologize for!!"
He hugged me and then stood up taking me with him "now let's go eat my lovely husband is making oniguri"

Scene change😊

'What ... Just ... Happened?? I just came to apologize and then they didn't accept it ... and now I'm eating oh-nay-gurr-ay stuff with them.... These people are weird' I watch as Makkachin stealing food from victor while he is talking to Yuuri. Yurri was trying (and failing) at suppressing his laughter. "Yuuuuurrrriii why are you laughing at me?? Your gonna make me eat my feelings" Victor looks at his plate --__-- "I thought I had got food?  WAIT! I DID!! WHO TOOK MY FOOD?" Makkachin barked and wagged his tale bits of rice on her muzzle. "Gasp Makkachan you ... You betray me like this scoff if you can't trust your dog-child then who can you trust?" Victor says Yurri patted his shoulder fighting to not laugh. I couldn't fight anymore, I started laughing so hard  I started to cry 'their a good weird' I finally gained control of my laughter Otabek was stareing at me I was still recovering what "wha *ha* what?"
"Nothing you just have an amazing laugh"  I blushed hard at this comment.
"You heard me laugh before. What's so different now."
"Don't worry about it, come on we  are going to be late to school" we get up and head to the door  Yuuri went to the kitchen and came out with 3 boxes "here is your bento box hope you enjoy it have a nice day!" We started to head out when Yuuri pulled me back into a hug "if you need anything and I mean anything just ask me. Okay?" I tighten the hug and smile "okay" I said it so quietly that probably could barely hear it. I walked out and smiling.

Finally spring break is upon us and I'm heading to Austin woohoo relaxation 99% I will dedicate 1% to working ..... Maybe 😎. Lol hope you enjoyed I'm sorry its shorter than usual but I'll update asap promise. Kk thanks for reading bye👋
