"So I know your brother's memorial is a couple days away, how you feeling?" Ms. Riley asked peering over her glasses and crossing her legs.

"The usual feeling around this time. I miss him."

"Have you been channeling your grief and anger productively?"

"At first no, I finally got suspended from school. But after that then yea. I even remade one of his old songs. " I smiled thinking about my progress

"Can I hear it?"

"No." I said quickly "He aint produce the song, so I aint producing mine. Its for me and him only."

"Okay. Understood." she paused "so your dad has other children that he is bringing with him for the memorial. Care to tell me about them."

"Its been a minute since I seen them but its 11 of them so its gone take some time."

"go ahead" she said starting some notes

"So first there is Jakhari. He just turned 21 and he wildin like he ain't got shit to live for. Overall, he really loving and caring and will do anything for his siblings no matter what. He took me to my first club when I was 13." I laughed at the memory.

"Next is Kaseem , he 20 and very overprotective of anything that's 'his' " I put air quotes around his. " he swear he run everything but he checks on me the most making sure I'm good and got everything I want and need."

"Dont I know" she laughed "you just described my youngest brother."

"Then there is Kadrien, he is 19 but you couldn't tell. He play like he 5 always joking and playing but he can always lift anybody's spirit no matter what."

"Next we have Kaine who is 18 with a record as long as he is. We call him Thrash because he is really violent cause he has IED thats why he never stay in jail too long because he can plead insanity. I still love him to death cause I know if I need somebody beat the fuck up I can go to him."

"I can only imagine what its like when all of y'all get together."

"Its hell everytime but its still fun. Kaine has a twin K'Niylah or Smiley and she wild. She the epitome of hoe that's why I love her. The last time we was together she almost got me to cheat on my ex with some Instagram dude. I dont even remember his name." I laughed. "She the one I'm closest to like I can go to her whenever I need her"

"I dont have any sisters but I imagine its fun."

"It has its perks. You already know about Khalil, me and Khai so next up is Keniko and Kemiko the only twin girls who are 16. if they didnt look alike, you wouldnt think they were twins. Niko is the out going one always speaking her mind, no filter type while Miko quiet and to herself. Sometimes people bully her because she not in every nigga face so they think she gay." I rolled my eyes feeling bad for my baby sister.

"Why though, that's dumb."

"Same thing I said. she called me one day and was like that our dad's wife was accusing her of kissing on her best friend. Ever since then she aint really been around nobody. I really feel like they just noticed she never around boys like everybody else. But its whatever because I'll fight any damn body about my baby Miko. "

"But anyway after the twins is McKinze who is 13 and that lil girl bad as hell. She really the epitome of hoes but in a bad way. she disrespeckful as fuck and every time I see her I gotta slap her or my job aint done."

"What do you mean by disrespecful like what does she do?"

"That lil girl spit on my shoe and gone say some 'I aint mean to but you need new shoes anyway' and I slapped the shit out of her. She had me all the way fucked up."
