From what I have seen in the new movie, the male porgs have the orange yellowish fluff around their eyes, while the female porgs seem to be just Gray with white fluff around their eyes.
The female porgs also rarely leave their nests, when they have porglets they are very defensive and won't leave their young until they are old enough to care for themselves.
Male porgs seem to be the hunters of the family, and the only ones you see outside the nests, they are either out looking for a mate or looking for food for their families.
Male porgs also seem to be more curious, they want to explore and meet new creatures, for example, you only see the male porgs watching in shock as chewie cooked the 2 porgs.
We don't see much of the females in The Last Jedi, but when we do they are always in their nests with their young.
Males seem to be more colorful than the females, like the other species of bird for example, peacock and duck.
I am not sure if it was just the way I saw it but I think the females also have a longer tail than the males, I could be wrong about this but during the movie the males seem to have a flat tail or none at all while the females do. (What that tail is used for? I have no idea.)
