I get out of class and go to my 2005 convertible Ferrari and unlock it and since the tops open I sit with the door open, I take my phone out of my back pocket and check the time it's 12:36 I close the door and as I'm about to start the engine someone taps my shoulder
"Hey it's you!" I hear a mans voice that sounds familiar, I look up and it's the guy from earlier, Jayden
"Oh h-hi" I manage to say.
He shifts his weight a little to the left "So I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me this Saturday?" He slightly mutters.
I nod a little too much "ya that would be fun"
Jayden stands straight again like he regained his confidence "OK so I'll text you about the details ?"
I push part of my hair back behind my ear "yup"
He looks at my car and raises his eyebrows "oh wow nice ride! " he asks sounding surprised.
I nod slightly embarrassed "ya... I grew up rich"
He nods and says "well I'll text you later" as he walks off I nod and wave bye.
