"Why me?"

"Do you want to stay here tonight?" I heard Wyatt ask timidly behind me as I stood up to stretch, the movie had just finished.

"Yeah." I said, shyly smiling back at him. "But let me just run back downstairs and grab some pjs okay?"

"Alright." Wyatt said, sitting back up against the wall, scratching his arm lightly, he looked kind of bothered.

"What's up?" I asked him.

"Nothing, just... come back, okay?" He said hopefully, and I just smiled to myself before leaving his room and running downstairs to my apartment.

"Guys!" I screamed as I entered the apartment, and all three girls opened their doors at the same time, poking their heads out. "We kissed."

"Finally! How was it?" Sophia asked excitedly.

"Was he good?" Millie butted in, and I shook my head and laughed.

"It was great. I've just come to get my pjs... he asked me to stay with him tonight." I smirked, walking into my room.

"Oh my god, wear something sexy." Sophia said following behind me.

"Sophia, no!" I laughed. "Besides, I don't have anything sexy." I sighed, picking up my onsie before Sadie smacked it out of my hand.

"Don't wear your onsie." She said seriously, and opened my wardrobe, pulling out some cute booty shorts and a tank top. "Wear these, but after a while say you're cold and he'll give you one of his sweaters that you can steal."

"Jesus... you guys are way too good at this." I sighed again, taking the clothes off of Sadie and making my way out of the apartment.

"Use protection!" I heard Sophia scream as I reached the boys apartment door, where Wyatt was standing with his eyebrow raised.

"Just pretend you didn't hear that." I huffed, rolling my eyes and entering his room.

"They're just as bad as these guys." Wyatt chuckled, sitting down in his spinny chair. I then realised that I was standing there awkwardly with my change of clothes. "Oh, I'll turn around, sorry."

"Thanks." I said, watching him spin around in the chair to face the wall before I quickly began to get undressed, and for a short second I was stood in Wyatt's room in only my bra and panties... what a strange feeling. "I'm done."

"Cool." Wyatt said, spinning back around and looking me up and down before forcing himself to look away; I felt chills. "So, are we watching something else?"

"Honestly, I'd rather have some music playing and just talk." I said quietly, sitting cross legged on his bed, and I watched his face light up as he smiled to himself.

"Yeah... me too."

-

"So you just decided not to be an introvert anymore?" I asked Wyatt, me and him were sat facing each other on his bed, we had been talking about anything and everything for a while.

"Yeah, I just wanted to experience things and not worry anymore."

"I wish I could be like that, I have so much going on in my head all the time, I'm a walking ball of stress." Wyatt laughed at my comment.

"Can I ask you something?" Wyatt said nervously, twiddling his thumbs, and I nodded. "Why me?"

"Huh?"

"Like... why do you like me, out of everyone here. I'm not the best looking, I'm quiet and weird compared to most of them, I-"

"Wyatt." I sighed, smiling a little and lightly touching his arm. "You're not quiet and weird, I like the way you are... and yeah the others may be nice to look at, but I think you're fucking beautiful. I don't even look at them in that way... it's just you." Wyatt looked away and laughed awkwardly as he ran a hand through his hair.

"And I also love this mop on your head." I said, crawling to my knees between his legs and playfully messing up his hair. I stopped and sat in front of him, both of us staring into each other's eyes. After what felt like forever, I felt Wyatt's hands on me, one on my waist and one on the side of my neck as he leant in and began to kiss me again. I could feel the tension building between us as we continued, but I was no where near ready for that yet, so I pulled away.

"S-sorry." Wyatt stuttered, and my heart sank. The more I spent time with him, the more I realised that he really didn't know what he was doing, the same as me.

"You didn't do anything wrong." I whispered, brushing my thumb lightly over his lips. "I'm tired." I said quietly, climbing into bed next to Wyatt and laying down facing the wall. I felt him climb in behind me and press his body up against mine, wrapping one arm around me from underneath, the other resting on my thigh. I felt so safe. A few minutes went by and me and Wyatt had began to drift off when I suddenly heard an insanely loud snore come from the other side of the wall.

"Jesus Christ, who is that?!" I yelled, giggling uncontrollably and Wyatt started laughing behind me too.

"That's Jack, and he wonders why he can't get any girls." Wyatt chuckled behind me, tightening his arms around me.
