Chapter 6

Your POV

I ran to the bathroom but I am not crying. I can't look at him right now, it kills me. I want him to like me so bad but that will never happen. When I leave this bathroom I need to be ready to stop liking him, it's too hard. I was about to leave when the bathroom door opened to see Finn with his hands over his eyes screaming "cover up ladies I'm comin' in!" No one else was in there so I walked to him and pulled his hands off of his eyes. 

Finn's POV 

I felt her warm touch on my hands as she pulled them away from my eyes to reveal her beautiful face smiling back at me. I felt my cheeks get hot. I looked into her eyes but for some reason, she wouldn't make eye contact. I lifted her chin so that she would look at me. 

Y/N's POv

When I looked into his eyes I knew that what I was going to say would be really hard. His smile was so innocently searing into my heart. I started to speak "Finn I-" but I was interrupted by his lips crashing into mine. Then he pulled away with his hand still on my cheek. "I like you too." He said smirking while gazing into my eyes. I could feel myself blush even more if that is even possible. I grabbed his hand "Let's get out of the girl's bathroom before someone comes in and loses their mind." I said. We left the bathroom one at a time to not seem really strange. Finn left first and walked to the table. I peeked through the crack of the door and no one really seemed to notice that he had left. Then I walked to the table as nonchalantly as possible. When I sat down Finn reached out his hand and grabbed mine.  

Finn's POV

Finally, the desert came. We had decided to share this giant brownie sundae. She had a couple bites but I finished it off. We talked for the rest of the night until Jim announced that we had to leave. We left the restaurant and got on the water taxi. This time we decided to sit in the front. It was a little windy on the boat and Y/N didn't have a coat so I wrapped my arm around her shoulder. Then the driver got on the boat and started to blast P!ATD. While she drove the boat Hallelujah was playing so loud I couldn't hear myself think. Y/N then sat up and started to jam out. She wasn't a great dancer but damn it was cute. She saw me staring at her and stared back, not having stopped dancing the whole time. I started to laugh so hard and then gave in and started to scream and dance along with the song and her. When the song was over we were almost back at the dock. I looked at her dancing in the night with the light just barely hitting her face while her hair was flying everywhere. She is gorgeous.
