Finns POV

I watched as Y/N stared at the castle. I followed her eyes as they scanned its beauty, from the rocks at the base of it to the very highest peak. The window up there was one of the few lights on. Then I changed my focus to the way the dim lighting hit her face as the breeze just slightly blew her hair. We sat in silence for a while. This was the first time I had ever felt awkward around her. I just decided to push past my feelings and speak. "Whatcha thinking about?"  she turned her face to look at me and said "My luck," she said. "What do you mean?" I asked.

(Dialogue) Y-you F-Finn

Y- "I came on this trip because my brother got sick, I met Finn Wolfhard; one of my favourite actors. Then I got buddied up with him and now I'm stuck on a rollercoaster with him. A normal person would be excited and talking nonstop but here I am explaining how weird I am"

F-"Its the fact that your weird that makes you exceptional, if you acted "normal" then I wouldn't be here. I would've switched partners. Its the fact that you treat me like a normal human being that causes you to stand out in my eyes."

Y- "Alright, fine. I'll stop thinking. let's just talk.

F-"I'd like that"

Y- "How about truth or dare?"

F-"Sure,"

Y- "Ok, truth or dare?"

F- "Truth,"

Y- " First kiss?"

F- "I had one before Millie, but that is disclosed information."

Y- "Oh, really" *you mocked jokingly*

F-"Yeah, Ok your turn. Truth or dare?"

Y- "Truth,"

F- "Who was your first kiss?"

Still Finns POV

OH MY GOD??? WHY WOULD I SAY THAT?? That's it, our friendship is over. She'll never wanna speak to me again. What if I was her first kiss? We're not even dating. I understand why she didn't wanna speak to me. I wouldn't wanna talk to me either.

Y-"i-It was... um... It was you..."

F-"Do you regret it?"

That's it. After we get off this ride she'll never talk to me again. I'm just digging my hole deeper now. She is really thinking about it, what do I say if she regrets it? Sorry?

Y-"No,"

Y- "You?"

F"No! I mean, *Scoffs nonchalantly* no."

My god Finn, could you be more awkward. I looked away but I could still feel her eyes on me. Then calmly she said "Finn," I turned to look at her and she stared into my eyes. I stared back, I couldn't stop my eyes from occasionally looking at her soft lips. She started to lean in and so did I but then I stopped and backed up. "Look, I really like you. I can't deny that but if you don't wanna da-" Then I felt her lips on mine. It wasn't like the other night. It was short but sweet. When she pulled her lips away she rested her forehead against mine. We sat in silence just staring into each other's eyes "I'm so lucky I met you."she said. "Diddo" I responded. I pulled away and sat up. I put my arm around her shoulder and she leaned her head on me. Then I felt the cart lurch forward and we finished the ride. When we pulled into the building there were at least a dozen people standing there apologizing profusely. One of the people handed both of us a "golden ticket". This apparently allowed us to skip to the front of the line for 1 ride only. We giggled and stepped off the ride. Because the park was closed they took us out of the park on a golf cart. We sat on the back seats and watched the park shrink as we drove off to the hotel.
