I woke up and I was really happy and so was Angela my wolf. I could see her giving me a wolfie grin in my mind. I got up from the bed and went to brush my teeth and have bath.
I change into sweatpants and a tank top and went down to have breakfast. I walked to the table and my parents wished me and my mom got up from the table and gave me a hug.
"My little girl has finally turned 18. I cannot believe time passes so fast" she said and I could see tears welling up in her eyes.
"I know. I couldn't believe I am 18 now. I don't want to leave you guys" I said looking sadly at my parents.
"Babygirl don't be sad it's going to be alright" dad said
" Alpha's and people from all over the world are going to come to the party be ready sharply by 7:00 pm" dad said and called the servants.
"Even the Alpha King is going to be here special care should be given to him. And no guests should be disappointed" my dad said and the servants nodded in unison and I shivered at the mention of the Alpha King. I didn't really know him neither have I seen him but heard a lot of stories about how cruel he was and they felt like they were real. If I was given a choice I would never really meet him in my whole life. But since Alpha's from all over the world were going to come so the Alpha King had to be here and not inviting him is like disrespecting him and no one would ever want to make a mistake like that.
I finished the breakfast and went to my room and called Olivia and we went for a run in the woods. Angela was so happy today because of the run as well as because she was going to meet her other half. Angela my wolf and Olivia's wolf Anna were really happy and running until they ran out of my breath.
We returned home and I had bath and started getting ready for the party. I could hear the sound of people down the hall and that indicated that many guests were here. I was ready by now. I was wearing a red heart line tube ball gown which was drop waist from the waist and also puffy (Picture of the dress is shown above). When I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe that was me.
"Emma princess it's time to walk down to the hall" the maid informed me.
"Yes I'll be there" I said.
Olivia walked me down to the hall. All eyes were on me and I was pretty nervous. Angela was suddenly happy like her mate was somewhere among the crowd. I reached down and dad made announcements and I was nervous. I couldn't concentrate on a single thing. The cake came in and the cake was cut by me. I fed it to my parents and Olivia and Shane. I could feel eyes on me since I walked down the hall. When I fed the cake to Shane I could smell jealousy but who could be jealous?
(Authors Note - only mates could smell each others jealousy)
After that everybody started dancing. And I was looking at people who were dancing. I felt a presence behind me and turned to see who it was and my eyes were met with a very hot man with hazel eyes and a well built figure with power radiating off him. I was adoring him while he was scanning my figure up and down. I felt his eyes at my breast and his eyes turning black and I blushed. I didn't feel like he was a creep and felt safe under his gaze however I didn't trust his black eyes.
"Dance ?" the mysterious man asked and my heart melted at his husky voice.
"Sure" I said.
We started dancing. We were staring into each others eyes and I was lost in his hazel ones. He smelt so good. And it suddenly striked me that he was my mate. At the word of mate Angela purred in joy. And I stopped.
"Mate" I said and he nodded already knowing that we were mates. And I knew he already knew that back then when he asked me to dance. I was so happy. But I couldn't see any difference on his face it was like he hid his feelings and blocked his emotions.
He grabbed my wrist and took me to the balcony were I couldn't see anyone around.
"What's you're name?" he asked. And Angela purred at his voice.
"Emma. And yours? " I asked.
"Alexander" he said and I smiled the name did suit his well built body after all.
"We are leaving for my house after the party." he said and I was not surprised as I knew this was going to happen.
"Sure. But can I spend the time till then with my parents and friends? " I asked.
He looked like he wanted to say no as I could see his eyes changing colors which meaned that his wolf was listening everything but he said yes when I made puppy eyes.
I decided that I would spend the time till then with Olivia and my parents and introduce him to my parents later while leaving as I didn't want them to be concerned about my mate right now.
He kept his hand at the back of my waist and escorted me to the hall. I didn't mind but blushed. I looked at him and adored his features as we were walking and he was looking ahead.
"Our mate is so hot" Angela purred in my head and I couldn't agree less as it was true.
We walked at the entrance of the hall and I turned towards him and he pressed a kiss on my forehead.
"Be nearby and don't take long time and don't talk to other guys" he said and I could feel his possessiveness already. I nodded and went to Olivia.
"Where were you I got worried looking for you?" she said.
"I found my mate" I said and I could see the grin on her face stretching uptill her eyes.
"Wow congratulations. Who is he? ......" but before she could asked me further my dad and mom came in and took me to meet the alpha's. I was tired by then and then we went to the next alpha who happened to be Alexander and I wasn't surprised that he was an alpha because of that well built body and the power radiating off him. I smiled at him but none of us introduced each other as mates as I told him I would do it later and he did mind before but played along.
"And Emma this is Alpha King off the werewolf kingdom Alpha King Alexander" my dad said and I shivered and became pale.
