The messenger hawk finally arrived at the Hokage office. Naruko heard flapping noises from the wings and cautiously took a step towards the window. She found Sasuke's hawk on the edge. She quickly opened the window took the message out of the pocket attached to the leg and then set the hawk free.

Shikamaru knocked on the door to the Hokage office.

"Come in."

Naruko looked up with her Hokage hat on of course and saw Shikamaru.

"You wanted to see me Hokage-sama?"

"Ah, yes! Shikamaru! I wanted to talk to you about something." Naruko said while shuffling some papers and neatly placing them on a nearby pile.

"Judging by that look on your face it seems pretty serious. Man, this is such a drag!"

"This is about Sasuke.."

"Okay, okay! You can go! I'll handle the rest. Since this IS from Sasuke and that guy is pretty serious. I swear I've never seen that guy laugh!"

Naruko raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, yeah! I'll be on my way then!" Shikamaru said walking out of the office sighing. He then suddenly turned around and faced Naruko.

"By the way, where are you meeting Sasuke?"

"Ridge Tower.."

What both of them didn't know that a certain someone was listening from outside.

---

Sarada swore she was going to snap when Chocho started to talk about how her dad was annoying and embarrassing. Sarada didn't even know her own dad! But she was her best friend. Sometimes she needed to think of others. Chocho kept on saying crazy things like how her real dad was outside of Konoha and said that they should look for him. Sarada wasn't really listening at that time and agreed to her but she realised that she could do find out who her real father was.

Sarada ran across the roof's of Konoha to the Hokage building. She walked up to Lord Sevenths door and was about to knock when she heard Lord Seventh and Shikamaru talking. Shikamaru was going to walk out when he suddenly stopped.

"By the way, where are you going to meet Sasuke?"

"Ridge Tower.."

Before the Seventh's advisor could see Sarada she hid behind the corner if a wall. Her heart was beating fast and she was on the verge of crying. She was overwhelmed by the thought of meeting her father.

Sarada ran home and quickly packed her things in her pouch bag. Sarada held a photo of her father in her hands and was looking intently at it. She couldn't believe it. She was going to meet her father. Before she could go Sakura came in.

"Honey, where are you going?"

"Uhhmmm...a mission. Yeah!"

Sakura looked at her suspiciously.

"You said that today was your day off.."

Sakura's eyes turned to the photo of Sasuke in Sarada's hands.

"Honey, is this about your father? I know he's not around at home often but..he's busy."

"Excuses, excuses! Why does papa never come home huh? Is his family even important to him?! WHEN IS HE GOING TO COME HOME?!"

Sakura looked at her daughter then looked away in guilt. She started swaying a bit and then collapsed. Sarada was horrified at the sight and quickly and then called Shizune, who brought Sakura to the hospital.

Sarada looked at her mother in the hospital bed. Apparently, Sakura was overworking herself and fainted because of fatigue. Sarada looked at the picture of her father when he was a teenager and then stuffed the picture in her pocket.

"I'm sorry mama. I just have to know who papa is...I'm sorry. I'll be back."

Sarada then walked out of the room and walked towards the front gates of Konoha.

The two chunin at the front gates were preparing for Lord Seventh's departure so the gates were wide open. Sarada met up with Chocho and the ran out of the front gates, hiding in the bushes beside the gate. Once they met up, they left off running.

When Naruko was done preparing she walked out the front gates and then turned around.

"Tell Sakura that he's coming home. She'll be happy to know as well."

"Naruk..uhh...I mean Hokage-sama....stay safe. Please.."

With a slight nod, Naruko ran out the front gates towards her destination, the place she was going to meet her rival.

Ridge Tower...
