Alone (Sasunaru)

Chapter 10

And with that Sasuke turned to the door and walked out. He seemed more flustered than usual. He couldn't lose someone important to him again..

Wait for me Naruko... I'm coming to get you..

With Naruko..

Floating medical knives pulled up an organ and placed it into Shin's stomach.

"How horrible. Even if they're clones, didn't you raise them like they were your sons.?"

"They are just stand-ins for my organs..Nothing more and nothing less. Don't grieve. Living things don't truly die.." Shin said.

"....What do you mean..?"

"The body of a human being decomposes in time, however genes through reproductive cells survive forever, without change in shape and progeny. This is the system we cal... Life."

".."

"Weak genes perish, and strong genes, hybridize to create stronger genes. That is evoulution."

"You don't understand at all, what it should be important as a parent!" Shin's fist tightened.

"Conflict is essential in the further selection of superior genes..Through countless battles, new ninjutsu's and others were developed rapidly, and strong ninja were selected..like you.. In the past the organisation known as the Akatsuki, stirred up such conflict, so for the sake of human evoulution, I will revive the Akatsuki and carry out the wishes of Uchiha Itachi. And I know very well that you have something to do with the sealing of his soul.." By now the organs have successfully transplanted into Shin from mini-Shin. Shin stood up and walked slowly to Naruko. 

"I've found his body. So tell me, where did you hide his soul?"

With Sasuke, Sakura and Sarada..

Sasuke, Sakura and Sarada arrived at the entrance of Orochimaru's base. 

"It's been a while, Captain Yamato." Sakura waved. 

"Oh..The Uchiha family.. Lord Sixth filled me in for the most part.. I'm sorry..this is my mission, that Lord Seventh gave me..I can't leave my post. By the way where is she?" When Sasuke heard that he immediately had a scary aura around him. Sakura butted in.

"Oh! Naruko's just fine..uhh..we'll see you around then. Thanks for your hard work, let's go honey.." Sakura tried to put her hand on Sasuke's shoulder but he slapped it away and walked to the entrance of the base. Sasuke turned his head around to Yamato.

"Naruko's been kidnapped by one of Orochimaru's underlings." And with that, he turned around  and left, walking inside without saying a word. Yamato looked at Sakura with a questioning look. First of all, why was Sasuke so angry? Naruko could take care of herself.. and secondly, why did Sakura lie? Sakura had a worried look on her face and chased after Sasuke down into the cave.

"Honey!" After Sakura left all that was left was Sarada and Yamato's squad. Sarada looked at Yamato as though she was about to burst into tears but she held back. Yamato smiled and kneeled down to her height. 

"Don't worry..your mother probably has some..uh.. problems to sort out with your father. Everything is going to be alright. Now, chase after them.." Yamato smiled while patting Sarada's head. Sarada smiled and ran after Sasuke and Sakura, disappearing out of sight. Yamato smiled and scratched the back of his neck. He then looked up to the sky. 

Naruko, huh? I hope you're alright..

Sarada caught up to her parents and everything was quiet. Too quiet, but Sarada just kept on following on anyway. There were snake shaped candle holders everyewhere and there were intricate patterns on the wall. Every corner looked the same to Sarada.

"H-hey Sasuke-kun.. it's not like we're going to one of your favourite restaurants here..slow down a bit.." Sakura joked trying to lighten up the mood, completely ignoring the fact that Sarada was there. Unfortunately for Sakura, all she got was a glare from Sasuke.

"Instead of worrying about me, worry about Sarada! She's been behind you the entire time and you ignored her! She looks so frightened." Sasuke said with pure rage in his voice.

 Sakura didn't want to make Sasuke more angrier so she just stayed quiet. Suddenly two figures appeared right in front of them. Suddenly one of them spoke.

"Yo! It's been a while, Sasuke!"
