There is nothing like watching a child's imagination die right before your eyes. You can be talking to them about sports, princesses, YouTube, anything and you will just know that they lost the spark in them you saw so long ago. They could say something like "I don't want to play baseball anymore." Or "Why do I even believe in finding my Prince?" And you will just know! Their eyes lose their sparkle and your heart tightens. You just want to see that child live a happy life where their dreams come true, but that moments ruins it all for you.
You might lose hope, but when you see this happen, you just wrap them in a hug as tightly as you can! "Don't let go!" You say to them. You don't want to ever see their imagination fade again!
