Joyce had invited you over being Wills girlfriend and all she wanted some help for what she was seeing.She walked you and Hopper into the room and showed Will to you.
She thought you might know what to do.Over the last few days you only told Joyce,Hopper and Will what you know and what you have.If this thing was going after will one grasp of his hand and you were connected to what he was seeing.
