This took me a while to do and I like her design and the colors work for me! yes shes a new species introduced to the mlp universe from the MLP the Movie.
This does kinda remind me of the Disney movie the Little Mermaid cause what I can see the hippogriffs/hippocampi (A Greek mythical beast if you're confused =3)
