The Palace?!

~Rose's pov~

Oh my god.......why the hell is this being sprung on me last minute? I think to my self.

5 minutes before.....

"My father says you are going to go to go see the king tomorrow.....he says you will be living with your true family....not just a branch family...." Alex says to me......

Yeah this really is what happened five minutes ago! So now i am just preparing myself...

When i came back to my room i pulled out a pretty purple dress. It had beautiful black designs on it with an square-line cut neck line.

I put it on and a pair of matching shoes....

When i was finishing my makeup alex came in..

"I thought i should tell you...i have been assigned to be your protector.....sense i was chosen when we were little to be your intended...." He says.

Seeing my shocked face he continues....

"Oh god! I swear i didn't know! Father just told me about ten minutes ago!" He hurries to explain.

Well i know a few things now....

One alex and i have an even more strange relationship....

And two all i can think is this situation couldn't get anymore confusing nor fucked up then it already is....

And of course the only phrase i can think of that fits my situation is....

What the hell have i gotten myself into?! Oh god!
