"Ugh, we've been walking forever?! How much farther till we get to the Silvers' palace?" Harley complained as the heroes and heroines were all taking a breath. The others went ahead to scout if there are any small villages around so they can make a stop and rest but found none in miles so they retreat on where their friends were and reported what they've seen, to which some groaned out loud because of tiredness.
"Hey can't you just magically I don't know, teleport us to their palace or something?!" Claude said as Dexter was lying on his shoulder, clearly also tired.
"Teleportation magic is really hard to master, in case you get another teleporting ideas Claude." Guinevere sassily answered while Claude puts his hands up in defeat and defended that he was trying to help brainstorm some ideas. Nigh soon fall upon them so they all just agreed to camp for the night and head back on walking first thing in the morning

"Finally were out!" Ruby said while dropping her backpack and scythe and plopped against the bed flowers and relaxed. As promised, they all got up first thing in the morning and started to continue on their journey, thank the stars they all packed light despite the many shopping sprees the heroines undergo, and after some walking, the all found a meadow that was hidden deep within the Southern forest in the Land of Dawn.
"But we can't stay long. The ball is two days away." Hanabi simply said while they all nodded and soon after, some of them fell into a short while nap.
While the other heroes and heroines were resting, Argus noticed Rafaela was a little farther from them. He had a feeling that Rafaela was hiding something so he sneakily checked up on her and saw that there were dark roots on the wrists of both of her hands
"Is it because of me that you're like this?" Argus suddenly said which got Rafaela shock and was about to quickly hid her hands when he suddenly grabbed them and examined them more.
"This is nothing Argus. I just-" before she could make an excuse, Argus began to speak and in a tone that was not calming.
"How long were you like this Rafaela? Huh?! Tell me!" Argus said out loud, but that loud as to not to disturb or bother their friends who were just a few meters away from them, making Rafaela look at him with her eyes already teary.
"150 years!? Okay Argus! Now are you happy?!" Rafaela suddenly blurted out while Argus looks at her with pity and hurt. There was a moment of silence until Argus spoke, this time with a soft and concerned tone in his voice.
"Raf, why didn't you told me?" Argus said while Rafaela began to sat down and he sat down beside her. He noticed that the flowers and other plants were dying on where Rafaela placed her hand.
"Because I know you wouldn't like it and you're gonna be like this when I tell you." She said, not noticing that she was already crying. She was now holding her hands as to not hurt the life and light that rested in this meadow. Argus took her hands and placed it on his chest where the green shimmering and corrupted star was marked.
"Did I ever tell you that I had a MAJOR crush on you? Back then, I was much of a coward to tell you how I really feel before all hell broke loose." Argus confessed making Rafaela look up at him as he wiped her tears and she leaned into him while he embraces her fully.
"Do you remember that day Raf?" He suddenly asked her.
"How could I not forget the day you turned your back and chose your own path Argus." She said sadly while Argus lowered his helmet- yes, he's been wearing his helmet the entire time- except the time where they build up camp and rested, and placed it aside whilst he kissed Rafaela on the fore head.
