  "Hey Jeremy, you ready?" Michael asked over the phone. Jeremy could hear the Bob Marley blasting on his friend's car radio.
  "Almost! You can head over, I'll be ready when you get here."
Michael chuckled.
  "What's so funny?"
  "You're just acting like a girl."
  "I am not!" Jeremy said, slightly flustered.
  "If you say so. Well, see you in a minute."
  "Bye."
  Michael hung up, and Jeremy quickly threw on the only pride shirt he owned. A black shirt, with the writing "Love is Love" on it in the colors of the bi flag. He never wore it, it was just in the back of his closet, waiting to come out. After putting that on, he ran to the bathroom. He had some acrylic paints already set up there, with which he quickly painted a bi flag onto his cheek. Michael should be here any second, he only lives about two minutes away. As Jeremy grabbed his phone and headed down the stairs, he heard a loud honk from the driveway. Michael was here.
  "Eh? Who's that?" Jeremy heard his dad ask from the other room.
  "Oh..." Jeremy said, hiding his face and the front of his shirt. "It's Michael." Normally his dad was napping at this time.
  "He taking you somewhere?"
  "Yeah, we're just gonna go out to dinner and a movie." Jeremy lied.
  "Is that like a date? It really sounds like it..."
  "What?! No!" If only he knew where they were actually going, it'd seem like even more of a date.
  "Hmm... Well, have fun. Don't be out too late."
  "Yeah, okay." Jeremy said, and opened the door. Somehow, he was wearing pride attire, and sneaking off to pride, and his dad had no idea. He smiled, and waved at Michael, before getting into the car. Michael still had the same song that was playing a few minutes ago on full blast. Jeremy chuckled, and turned the music down until he was able to hear himself think.
  "How are you not deaf already?"  He asked. Michael laughed in response.
  "I honestly have no idea." He turned the volume back up a few notches, and pulled out of the driveway. Jeremy rolled his eyes, and looked over at Michael. He was wearing a rainbow hoodie with some black pants, along with his normal white converse, but with rainbow laces. And to complete it, 8 plastic bracelets, one of each color of the rainbow. Jeremy just hoped he wouldn't lose him in the crowd, cause he would blend in perfectly. He reached out and turned the radio back down so that he could talk.
  "So, where is it?" Jeremy asked.
  "The festival? I think it's at the park by Pop's. Well, now that I think about it, it's not really a festival... But anyways, yeah. It's at the park." After a few moments of "silence," Jeremy spoke up.
  "So you didn't do the tattoo yet, right?"
  "No, I said I'd wait for you! Do you wanna do it now?" Michael asked. Jeremy chuckled.
  "We're driving, dummy!" He responded playfully.
  "Okay, okay. We'll do it at my house after the thing." Michael said. There were a few minutes of neither of them saying anything, and them just listening to the music. Bob Marley wasn't exactly Jeremy's thing, but Michael loved him, so they kept it on. After just a few minutes, Michael stopped the car.
  "We're here!" He and Jeremy got out of the car, and looked over at the sea of rainbows that was now the park. He chuckled nervously. He really wasn't qualified to be here, he was a closeted bi who had never dated anyone. Michael hadn't dated anyone either... Well, there was Nick, but he was an ass. That didn't count.
  "Hey, you okay?" Michael said, noticing Jeremy's expression.
  "Yeah, just don't think I really belong here-" He began, but was interrupted by Michael.
  "Jeremy, it's okay. I haven't dated anyone either. Plus, most people there would probably think we're dating."
Jeremy chuckled.
  "Is that a good thing?" He asked jokingly. Michael laughed.
  "Here, yeah. Now c'mon!" He took Jeremy's hand, and dragged him across the parking lot to the group of people. Jeremy was a little overwhelmed, with so many people dressed exactly the same running around him. He held onto Michael's hand, though it was a little weird. He didn't want to lose him in the massive crowd.
  After an hour or two of running around, nothing was really happening. It was nice to be there though, despite it being pretty uneventful. Being around more people like him, it was interesting. Him and Michael were just walking around, enjoying themselves, until Jeremy saw a familiar face...
  "Shit, Michael..."
  "What is it?"
  "We've gotta go..."
  "What? Why?"
  "Rich and Jake are here..."
  "Oh..." Michael sighed. "Yeah, okay." He didn't really want to leave, he was having a good time, but he understood. He knew that Jeremy wasn't ready to come out at school yet, cause he was in that place once too. As he dragged Jeremy back the car, he and the two boys accidentally made eye contact. That meant they saw Jeremy... Michael decided not to tell him, he didn't need to worry.
                          ~~~~~
  "I'm really sorry for making you leave..." Jeremy apologized for about the tenth time.
  "I told you it was fine, I was getting ready to leave anyways."
Jeremy nodded. He quickly took out his phone, and messaged his dad to tell him that he was gonna stay the night at Michael's. He wouldn't notice anyways, it was nearly eleven. He would've been asleep by now.
  "But anyways, we need to do your tattoo!" Jeremy said, and smiled. Michael sighed.
  "Yeah, okay." He took a sharpie out of his desk drawer, and slumped onto his bean bag chair. Jeremy moved the second chair closer to Michael's, and sat on it.
  "So are you sticking with the Pacman?" He asked. Michael nodded, and rolled up his left sleeve. He took the cap of the marker off with his teeth, and spat it out to his side. Jeremy watched as Michael drew the little creature, and three circles next to it. Michael put the cap back on the marker.
  "I still don't get why you wanted to be here, it was completely uneventful." Michael said, and chuckled.
  "I guess, but this could completely change your life!"
Michael laughed.
  "Sure, okay. Do you wanna play AOTD?"
  "Yeah!" Jeremy said. He got up to grab the remote controls, and sat back down. As he passed Michael his controller, he caught a glimpse of his expression, which was of both terror and confusion.
  "Michael, you good?"
  There were a few moments of silence.
  "Michael?"
  "Y-your wrist..." He said, and pointed. Jeremy was a little confused, until he looked at his left wrist.
  "Holy shit!.." He said, and fell back slightly. It was the exact same tattoo as Michael's. He grabbed Michael's wrist, and held it up to his own. They were completely identical. Jeremy tried to talk, but was at a loss for words. After a moment of stuttering, he finally formed together the correct words to make a sentence.
  "I'm gonna go home..." He said, and got up to leave.
  "See you tomorrow?" Michael suddenly asked as Jeremy left the room.
  "Yeah, sure..." He took his phone out of his pocket as he left the house, and walked down the street. He opened the texts, and typed a message to his dad.
  Hey, changed my mind. I'm heading home.
  As he walked the street, he rubbed the remanent of the bi flag off his cheek, before he reached his house.
A/N: Hey! Just wanna say really quick that I have an art contest book, which I'm advertising everywhere. Just trying to get people to know! X)
