"It's not what it looks like," Perrie said defensively and tried to pull away from her grip. She was too strong. Her phone dropped to the floor and Perrie cringed at the sound it made.
"It's exactly what it looks like," she replied. "If you don't like me and my sister then I guess you'll have to leave us alone."
"This is my house," Perrie challenged despite the fact that fear had taken over her body and her hands were starting to shake. She crossed her arms to try and stop it.
"You can still leave us the bloody hell alone," she fired back.
"I'd be inclined to call the police if you'd stay in my house without my permission," Perrie replied and turned slightly on her heel to leave. "If you're not out of my house within ten minutes, I won't hesitate calling the police. I don't want to see you or your sister's ugly face in my house anymore."
"You're going to be so sorry you said that," the sister threatened, but Perrie ignored her, picking up her phone and going upstairs.
Ten minutes later, Perrie was surprised to learn that the sisters had actually left, with the excuse that they had important business to do. She was only a bit upset that her cousin had left too, to drive them back home.
Nonetheless, Perrie spent the remainder of the day with Claudimar. They stayed in the living room for quite a while, just talking for the most part.
"Do you ever think that the twins are using me for fame?" Perrie asked.
"Woah, that's kind of extreme, why do you think that?" Claudimar asked.
"Well, I mean, I don't really feel the same friendship bond between me and them than I do with, like you, or the girls. I just noticed recently that I'm not really close to them and when we meet each other we don't really ever just talk or have deep conversations like we're doing now," Perrie explained. "And almost all of my friends have left me ever since I met them."
"You don't have to think like that, you're great friends with them, I think they like you a lot," he said. "You do too right?"
"I'm not sure, I mean..." Perrie didn't really know what to say. She still couldn't really think straight after the situation in the hallway. A thought struck her though. What if Claudimar went to tell the sisters what she had said after this? She realized now that she had caused a rift between her friendship with Claudimar...and possibly Ellie too.
"You're probably right, I'm just stressed and overthinking things," she lied and ran a hand through her hair. "Moving has just really got me tired."
"You're almost done though, right? Just all those clothes left and some personal things?"
Perrie nodded in reply, laying her head on a pillow.
"Aww are you going to fall asleep?" Claudimar laughed, messing up her hair.
Perrie didn't want him to go, but she was also pretty tired. It was one or the other...
"Yeah, I'm pretty tired, Alex is coming home soon though so if you need to go home you can," she told him. "Thanks so much for dropping by today."
"Alright then, I'll see you soon Pez," he said getting up. "Thanks for today, it was great."
Perrie didn't follow him out since she knew he knew the way. A minute later he said farewell, and she replied before he shut the door.
For the next hour or so, Perrie was asleep on the couch, drained from the entire day. She tried her best not to think about the mess she was in with the two sisters now, but instead on something else.
