As Jill walked in, CJ noted that she was obviously the brains out of the duo. Jack had been strong and rather muscular, while Jill appeared to be much slimmer. She also had a stealthy way when she walked, like she would need to hide at any minute, her eyes were a faded and mysterious blue.

"So Jill, why don't you tell me about your relationship with Charlie?"

Unlike Jack, Jill had heard of the murder and figured this was the reason for the questioning. She figured she could 'manipulate' the truth a little since she didn't feel like dealing with the cops.

"Mr. Charlie and I have always gotten along swell," she said with the fakest smile she could manage, " I would always go over to his house and help him keep it clean, on some afternoons he would even help me make lemonade for the kids on our school track team after a meet."

Cj looked her dead in the eye and immediately knew he couldn't trust a thing this girl said. Still he asked, " So I hear you and your friend Jack like to pull pranks, is this true?"

"Well, Jack loves to mess with people, and I have helped him with some things before. But only to avoid getting on his bad side. Jack is a scary kid," she remarked.

CJ was well aware that one of the two kids was lying, and he thought he was pretty sure which one it was. "That will be all for today Jill, thank you for your time." Cj muttered as he stared at his notes.

Jill responded, "No problem sir." She looked into his dark grey eyes, and knew that he'd fallen for her lies. CJ watched as the girl tried to hide her stance, almost attempting to skip out of the room. But her figure still seemed to hug the shadows. CJ went to get lunch and mull over everything the two had said, after that he went to bed.
