So after the events on the bridge a lot happened. Zabuza made Kakashi promise to take Haku to Konoha. His exact words were. If he sticks with me he'll end up dead. Take him somewhere he can actually be a kid. I was kinda shocked at him being soft. He patted me on the head before he left saying that I had skill with blades and that next time he expected me to be even better. After that we returned to the village where we were greeted as heroes. Old bum Tazuna named the bridge after Naruto for Naruto saving his family. I did one last thing as we left the land of waves. I gave Inari my old dagger. You were brave to try and protect your mom but next time be smart. Take this and train to protect those you love. The kid hugged me for the gift but to be honest, it was just me putting that piece of my life behind me. And now we're back here in Konoha were I had a difficult homecoming. First step I took in the village I was stopped by an anbu who said that my presence was required at the Hokage tower. Their I was met by all the rookies that were in my class. "Most unexpected." Was all Shino said. Kiba berated him telling him he should be more stunned the cynic turned out to be a chick. Hinata smiled and said she was glad I was showing who I was which lead to a lot of questions. I had to explain that when we were partners for a big group project, she had found out I was a girl. I was glad she had kept it a secret. Choji just smiled and said that my new look suited me better. I smiled  at him. "Thank you Choji." Shikamaru just simply said troublesome. Ino and Sakura were the last to talk. "Your coming shopping with me forehead and Hinata. Got it." Omg I haven't went shopping in forever! "Sure, I'd love to." After that was over we had to turn in our report and get Haku his paperwork. He was being assigned to a chunnin team and was being made chunnin. We wouldn't probably see a lot of him anymore. Anyway after I left the tower Ino and Hinata were waiting and they lead the way to the shopping district.

"So you actually enjoyed shopping with those two?" I nodded at Shika as we played shoji. "Yes! I hadn't been shopping since forever. I may not be into all the stuff Ino or Sakura are but I'm still a girl." He just shrugged as he made a move. "I'll never understand women." In the background I heard his father say. "You and me both." I giggled as I made my move. It was nice to finally be me. Shikamaru looked like he was seriously focusing. "Your even cynical when to play shoji." He said as he laid back in defeat. Shikamaru's dad  went to laughed but was stopped when Yoshino smacked him on the back of the head.
