Chapter 3

Jasper and I head into Pop's. I walk over to the counter. I see pop's , he smiles and heads over to me.
"Ahh Ganessa your back in town I heard, from your husband , how are you ?" He asked I smiled , "I'm good Pop's, and yeah we are , have you seen Jug, he hasn't answered my text or calls " I asked concerned .
Pop's looks at me , "He didn't tell you , he went to go see FP" he says.
I shake my head. "No he didn't say anything , thanks Pop's " I say and Jasper and I head out.
"Wait where is FP , in jail " I asked Jasper. She nods and leads me to Riverdale County Jail.

We both walk in and head to the front counter. "Hi , I'm looking for Jughead Jones , I know his dad is in here FP " I say to the lady. She looks at her papers. "And your name miss" she asked. "Ganessa Jones" I respond.

"Ganessa ?" I hear a familiar voice behind me. I turn around and its Jughead . I walk up to him , "Where have you been I was worried" I say look at him concerned. He gives me a small smile. "Sorry , I had to see my dad and I didn't want you to deal with all this drama " he says . He looks to the side of me and sees Jasper. He smiles and she gives him a small smile. "The serpents came by your trailer but didn't find you there , so we went to pop's because that's where Ganessa said you were and you weren't there, Johnson got mad and we headed back to the south side " she says . I nod. "Sorry about that , but what are you two doing here " Jug asked.
"I need you to come to the south side , for this meeting we are having , Johnson said he wants you there for something " she says.
Jug rubs his face . "Alright , let's go " Jug says.

We all head to the south side and stop at this building but it looks like it's been vacant for years.
Jasper leads us to the door where she opens it for the both of us. I let Jug walk in first. I swallow hard as I see all the dark lights and smoke coming out of the building.
I reach for Jug's hand and he squeezes it.
"Nice to see you Jones, and Mrs.Jones how are you " that guy who asked where Jughead was at the trailer.
I see all these serpents sitting around on couches and chairs.
"What is it that you needed Johnson " Jug asked. I take a seat behind him.
And Jasper sits near Johnson.
"Well stay a while and find out Jones " Johnson says. Jughead nods and sits next to me grabbing my hand.
"As many of you know FP, has gotten himself in some trouble with the lodges, and has
Found himself up in prison , FP has asked his very own son to take his place in the serpent council you may say and do his duties and maybe become a serpent. If you are up to it Jones or have you left that all behind" Johnson asked looking dead at Jughead. I swallow hard waiting for his answer.
"Look , Johnson , I left that side of me years ago, I'm and adult know I have a job my family to think about here I can't put them on the line , to save the serpents ass " Jug says making the entire room filled with hateful words coming in our direction.
"Jughead, son you were born into the serpent community , we are your family, we helped you when your dad got arrested last time, now you must help us come lead our council leave that old life style you have now " Johnsons says.
"If I didn't make myself clear , I do not want to be a serpent no matter what anyone says and that's final I'm not doing this for you or anyone , I know you helped me with my dad and everything , but I have a new life I can't do this I'm done " Jughead says and gets up.
"Let's go " he says to me and grabs my hand and we head out.
