Cassie drove to Phoenix's bar, half an hour away from the mall. Katerina told Cassie to drive to the back, Katerina texted her brother before they got there to meet them in the back with a 8 pack of beer for Cassie's asshole of a father. Phoenix knew everything because Cassie, Payton, and Katerina would hang out with Phoenix sometimes in the winter. the girls would clean the bar and he would pay them 10 dollars each for cleaning. they came in 3 times in a week to help if they could. They all talked about there problems while working.
Anyways Cassie and the girls left the bar and went back to her house, Cassie told them to stay there not to go in with her because she didn't know what state of mind her father was in. After Cassie went around the back of the house, Katerina and Payton got out and followed. the two walked in to her father screaming at Cassie. She said here ass i got you some more to drink, since i did can i go for a couple of weeks i will bring you more when i come home. Kyle told Cassie sure you little bitch, go right ahead and go. Kyle slapped Cassie across the face after handing him the 8 pack. Kyle looked up and seen Katerina and Payton and walked away.
Payton and Katerina quickly walked up stairs to find Cassie crying in a fetal position shaking violently. They tried to get her to calm down and Cassie started to whisper "Jamie". Payton went across the hallway to get him, Jamie was actually not high for once he was drawing Cassie's and Bradys name really cool on paper. Payton told Jamie to come quick that Cassie needed help. he jumped up and went into her room. He lifted her and held her in his arms. "Cassie its okay I'm here, Its Jamie" he whispered. Cassie started to calm down, she stopped shaking after a few minutes and was down to a soft cry
Jamie asked her what happened and she told him that Kyle had slapped her across the face, Jamie whispered under his breathe "I'm going to kill that man". Cassie sat up and insisted him not to begged him to not say a word. Jamie told Cassie that if the ass hits her again he would kill him. Jamie looked at Payton and Katerina "take her with you for a couple of days" Cassie asked Jamie were he was gonna stay and he said with our cousin Declan for a few weeks.
Jamie kissed Cassie on the top of her head and told her to get her things and to get some sleep. Jamie got up to pack a bag for Declans meanwhile Cassie finished packing her bag. Jamie asked if he could have a ride to Declans because he knew if he asked there dad that he would end up killing the intimidating man. The four of them were on there way out, Cassie made her mother get in the car and left a note for her dad since he was past out on the couch.

Left beer in the fridge for you. Took mom to grandmas for a few days because grandma needed major help around the house. She will be home in 2 weeks. If you need anything give me a call and if you need money i put $50 on the table. Please do not spend it all on beer at least by some food. See you in a few weeks. Sincerely, Cassie.
