Dramione, A Hogwarts Story

Chapter 1: Breakup

So I know Lavender + Ron happened in 6th year but ill just make it as though it was 4th year!

"Morning!" Yelled Ginny into my ear excitedly

"Morning!" I yelled back sitting straight back up. We had just come back to Hogwarts, it was our 5th year and I couldn't be more excited! I got out of my bed and got changed quickly. "Wait, how did you get into my common room?" I asked, turning quickly but Ginny was long gone. I looked into the mirror and straightened my tie. I couldn't wait to see Ron but I didn't want to be like Lavender, so obsessed with Ron.

I pulled my hair into a bun, grabbed my books and bags and rushed out the door to the common room. There were already people there talking about gossip. When I stepped out of the stairs everyone started at me and immediately look away, was this a good thing? I walked past the seas of eyes and went to sit in our sofas but before I could reach the seat I caught some words.

"-with who? With Lavender, didn't they date last year?" whispered a voice.

"Yeah, but apparently they where full on making out last night" answered the other voice.

My heart skipped a beat, what where they talking about? It couldn't be about Ron, Im sure Lavender dated other people last year. Ill just ask Ron when he comes down. I sat down on the sofa and buried my head into a book so no one could see my tears. I heard some footsteps and peered on top of my book, it was Ron. I quickly wiped away my tears and rushed towards him.

I had it all planed out in my head, I would quietly asked him if it was true and I wished with all my heart it wasn't but when I saw a hickey on his neck I snapped. "RONALD WEASLEY! HOW-" I hit him with my book "-DARE YOU CHEAT ON ME WITH- WITH- WITH THAT WHORE!" Everyone was looking at me and the smilies on Harry's and Ron's faces were gone. Harry was shocked and Ron was nervous. As though I was lying, as though it was true.

"I can explain-" he started, but I didn't want to hear it. I grabbed my books and bag, ignoring Ron's stammers and everyone's eyes locked on me, and stormed out. I slammed the portrait, which got me a shriek from the Fat Lady, and rushed out of there. Before I could step out of the stairs Ron caught up with me, but he was too late, the stair was already changing. "I DIDN'T MEAN ANY OF IT" he called after me but I couldn't hear it, I just couldn't. I sprinted down the corridors and turned left and right and left again and found myself facing the stairs towards the dungeons.

I walked straights down them and sprinted as fast as I could until I reached an empty room, I rushed inside and collapsed on the floor. I put my books down but I hear an "Ouch, watch it Granger!" from Malfoy. That was the last thing I needed, or was it? I looked up and saw his face, his perfect face. 'Help me' I mouthed. His face expression changed from disgusted to worried.

"What's wrong Granger?" he asked while he knelt down to level with me.

"Ron- Ron ch-cheated on me!" I blurted out.

"HOW COULD HE?!" he yelled making me look up, since when did he care? "I mean, why?" He repeated faking a I-don't-care tone. I looked into his grey eyes and he looked into mine, his hand was on my cheek and was now going through my hair. I got closer, and closer to him-

"Granger, Malfoy! Detention, both of you!" yelled Snape. We quickly pulled away and looked down embarrassed. I didn't know what was crazier, that Ron cheated on me, that I nearly kissed Malfoy or that Snape caught us!

A/N

So I know nobody reads these (or my fanficiton) but normally in other Dramione fan fiction they make Draco like Hermione slow but I just wanted to speed things up a little. So that is why they nearly kissed in my first chapter! Please vote, it means a lot more than you think and comment things I should add to my fanficiton.
