Reads a note that Aly found when she woke up. No goodbyes. No Dennise beside her.
She sat up, still naked, thinking about last night. Napatakip naman siya ng mukha when she remembered Bang. She rushed to check her phone. Dead batt. She connected her phone to a charger and took a shower.
After preparing, she ate her breakfast and headed to work.
She's already inside her new car when she remembered to check her phone. When she opened it, ang daming messages sa kanya ni Bang, asking how she is at kung nasaan na siya.
She decided not to think about anyone first, not Den, not Bang, because this will be the first time that she'll drive again after the accident.

Aly safely arrived at her office. Sinalubong naman siya ng secretary niyang si Jean.
"Good morning, Ms. Aly. I'm glad you're okay na po," bati ni Jean.
"Good morning. Thank you, Jean. What's in my schedule today?" asked Aly.
"Later, there will be a focus group discussion regarding our new product. Your Tito Jo told me that he wants you to be there to observe. Also, there's a new consumer data on your table for your review," answered Jean.
"Seems like this will be a busy day. I'll go inside now. Kindly ask Ate Loring to prepare a cup of coffee for me, please. Salamat, Jean."
Aly's about to enter her office when Jean told her something. "Ay Ma'am, hindi ko po pala nasabi agad. Tumawag po si Ms. Bang sa akin kagabi. Hinahanap po kayo."
Kinabahan naman si Aly. She remembered that Den is the one who phoned in sick for her. "Ano namang sinabi mo?" she asked.
"I told her Dr. Lazaro called me to inform us that you couldn't make it to the office because you're sick," sagot ni Jean.
"Shit," Aly muttered.
"May problema po ba? Mali po ba yung sinabi ko?" asked the worried Jean.
"Ah wala naman. I just forgot something. Anyway, pakigawa na lang yung inutos ko sayo. I'll go in now."
"Copy, ma'am."

Since she entered her office, Aly has been pacing back and forth. Hindi siya mapakali.
Ano ba naman itong pinasok ko. Bang already knows that I was with Den yesterday. Naisip ni Aly.
But she doesn't know everything naman. I could just tell her that I passed by Den's office to have myself checked.
Pero bakit kailangan pang si Den ang tumawag sa office? Baka tanungin sa akin ni Bang ito.
Then, I'll just tell her that I asked Den that favor because a doctor's call is as good as a medical certificate.
E bakit patay yung phone mo buong araw?
Masama kasi talaga pakiramdam ko. The office kept on bugging me. They still consult me on office concerns kahit na nag-absent na nga ako. So there, I just turned it off.
Bakit hindi mo man lang ako tinext or tinawagan?
Ah dito, wala akong lusot. So, I'll just apologize and tell her that I slept the whole day sa sobrang sama ng pakiramdam ko. Kaya nakalimutan ko ng kumustahin siya. Sorry lang katapat niyan.
