*2 Weeks earlier*

 

“Babe… is it done yet?” Louis called out from the bedroom.

“I just took it. It says to give it 2 to 5 minutes.” You smiled as you walked out of the bathroom to see your husband, of a few months, sitting on the edge of the bed with his elbows rested on his knees and his head in his hands.

"What happens if its not... You know.." He asked looking up at you leaning in the doorway.

"We try again Louis. Plus, all week I've been feeling a little off." You told him walking over to where he sat and placing your hands on both his cheeks and making him look up at you.

"That could also be because I'm leaving soon again babe. You know you always feel like this before I go on tour again." He said placing his hands on your waist, pulling you closer so you were now standing between his legs.

"I just don't like to see you leave and you know that." You told him leaning down and placing a light kiss to his forehead.

"I love you BooBear." You said putting your head onto his as he wrapped his arms around you.

"I love you too (Y/N)." He said with a smile in his voice.

"Do you think it's done yet?" He asked pulling away with a huge grin on his face.

"It's only been at least a minute or 2. Come on, let’s go get something to drink.” You tell him pulling away and holding out your hands waiting for him to take them so you could pull him up off the bed also.

 

*A Few Minutes Later*

 

“Come on, If it’s a yes we have to get all the boys and all our families together for dinner. I want them all to know at once.” Louis tells you as you two walk back to your bedroom both with drinks in your hands.

“All the boys families also?” You asked a little wide eyed.

“Sure why not! Is that a problem (Y/N)?” Louis asked his voice full with concerned.

“No it’s not a problem at all. Just need to make a ton of food for everyone.” You said out loud but more to yourself.

“You mean the Horan’s.” Louis said laughing. You couldn’t help but laugh with him.

“Come on you. It’s been more than 5 minutes now.” You told Louis making your way into the bathroom where everything was.

You walked over to the counter and got more nervous. You reached out a shaky hand to reach for the test but then arms snaked around your waist and lips were pressed to your neck.

“I love you so much (Y/N). If it’s a no, then that just means that its not the right time right now. We will keep trying again and again no matter what. It’ll be our time some day.” Louis’ hot breath hit your neck as he spoke each word softly.

“I love you too Louis.” You smiled before reaching out again and picking up a test.

You stared at the test for a minute just blinking making sure what you saw was true.

“Well… I better get on going to get some food.” Louis finally spoke breaking the silence.

A huge smile broke out onto your face as you turned to look at Louis who wore the exact same smile.
