Ch. 4

A note falls out of my locker that reads. "Hey, just know I'm cheering for you on the inside.

I smiled and looked around. I wrote a note that reads. "Ready to brake every rule in the book. Meet at the barrier @7pm.

Zemma.

I go by his locker and swiftly slip it in the cracks.

"Unbelievable, Seabrook has made their way to a perfect season thanks to Zombie Zemma. Next up the big homecoming game. " The announcer said.

7 pm couldn't have come any slower but it finally came and I made my way to the barrier to see not just Scott but Addison and Zed. "Hey guys?" They looked at me and I think Scott's face lit up. "Hey" he said to me. I smiled at him as Zed eyed him. Then took Addison and walked. "You're gonna love this" i say to him. "Okay let's do this" he holds out his hand as I take it. We soon make it to the elevator and I feel a sting in my wrist so I grab it. "You okay?? You don't look so hot" He asked. "Ouch" I say. "You know what I meant he says pulling me closer to him. "I have to mess with my Z Band to win games" he looked at me concerned. "Isn't that dangerous?" He asked. "Scott, if I don't win Zombies with never be accepted" I say to him. " I know how that feels." I looked at him curiously. " how come?"
"Ohh you'll find out sooner or later" he said. I just nodded. The elevator came to a stop and the doors opened and zombies were dancing to the music. "Are you serious?" Scott said to me amazed. "It's our chance to get loose and be ourselves" I said to him. " so this whole thing is for you and your brother winning the football and Lacrosse games?" He asked. "It's more than that it's a win for all of us. We really needed a win" I said smiling at him as he smiled back to me. He looked at the wall behind us seeing paint. "Zombie tongue, we have a rich language *he laughed* 23 different words for brains." I said "wow, so you like a guy with brains" he said twirling his fingers around at me. "Ya know that's super offensive" Eliza spoke. He stopped laughing and looked at her. "Oh no no it was just a joke I'm sorry" he said. "You brought him to our Zombie Mash here"I nodded the music stopped. "It's starting come on" I pushed him towards a open spot and got ready. The fog came out and the music started Zed and I zombie walked into the smoke. Then we jumped off the stairs onto the floor. We started dancing and Zed was rapping we had to dance so when I saw Scott he had wide eyes. My brother rapped to me. "I'm about to show me you" I retorted " What you gonna show me" he sang. "Guess nobody told you" I sang. " You ain't gotta tell me"-me "I'm about to put in work"-zed "listen this is my Turf."-zed.
Here comes my part with the flashlights.
"Ready for action. Yeah we about to blow up. Party going down. Well yea we about to go up. We got your back no need to have worry." Then Zed sang and I took Addison from him. "Gitl I'm about to show you"-me "what you gone show me?"-Addison. "Guess nobody told you"-me. "Girl you don't know me"-Addison. "I'm about to put in work, listen this is my turf. Oh in the man I'm a man but you can't do it like I can Bam!! Oh man in the man I'm a man but this is ZombieLand Bam. Oh man oh man I'm a man but you can't do it like I can Bam!!"- me
"You're in ZombieLand, I'm in ZombieLand, we're in ZombieLand Watch me do it like Bam!!" - also me. Then Scott and Allison got into it. "You're in ZombieLand, I'm in ZombieLand, we're in ZombieLand. Watch me do it like Bam!!"-Allison and Scott. Then we had another dance .We ran off the stage as the people with blocks started dancing and we handed Scott and Addison a coat. Then we all started dancing singing the same verse over. Then after it was over fog poured our of fog canons and I looked at Scott he was smiling down at me and I just hugged him. We soon parted and I tried to find him again but I couldn't and my wrist started hurting again so I clasped it. I looked down at it it was red. Bonzo came up to me and asked if I was okay. "No the Z Band hack really hurts I can barely feel my wrist" he then asked me if I needed anything. "I'll be fine buddy don't worry about it" he patted me on the back then hugged me. "Ouuch Bonzo my arm. It's okay" I said looking at him. I went looking for Scott and he was talking to Stiles. Wait..Stiles??
I walked over to them. "Hey Stiles?" I said walking over to them. "Hey Zemma!! What's up?" He asked. "Nothing much, what about you?" I asked then Scott grew nervous. "Um Zem, there is something I gotta tell you. Um I am a-a-a uhh..." He said stuttering. "Scott I know you're a werewolf" his face changed to confused. "How?" He asked. "I can smell it on you." I said shrugging he smiled at me. "Come on" we walked to the Zombie light garden and I see Zoey, Eliza, Zed, and Addison. "Zoey!! What??" I said to her. "I'm not gonna miss a Zombie Mash!!" I just shook my head at her. "Come on I'll take ya home." Eliza stopped at me and Zed. "She's cool" Eliza said. "For a human" Zed retored. "No just...cool." I was impressed she doesn't give out compliments all the time. She looked at me. "and them two. I like them already" she said to me i looked at them and smiled. "Me too"...then all the lights shut off. "Shoe yourself Zombies. Curfew is up. Zombie Patrol." Zed grabbed my hand and we left in a hurry. Once we got to the house neither of us knew what we were gonna have in-store tomorrow.
