Chapter One~ First Day In School

Jessica's POV

I was nervous as heck and didn't know what to wear it was the first day of high school and I looked like a typical white girl I had dirty blonde hair a little bit longer than shoulder length and had green eyes that sometimes looked blue. But actually I never cared so much about popularity just about having some friends and fitting in, but my friend Niall was the average popular guy. He was in the soccer team and was the star of the team while I was in choir, he was super handsome! he had dyed blonde hair (its naturally brunette) and beautiful ice blue eyes ♥ and I've liked him since 6th grade but I was insistent that he would never like me back. come on I'm a nerd while he's a popular!

I finished changing into a black floral dress that was knee high with some white converse and let my wavy hair loose. I was walking downstairs with my backpack on when I heard a knock on the door and quickly ran to open it knowing who it was.

"Niall!!!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs as I hugged him since it had been a week since I've seen him.

"Calm down Jess you're gonna kill my lungs!" Niall said while hugging me back.

"Well let's go high school awaits us!" he said because it was easy for him to fit in but I was nervous about not being able to fit in.Yet I still walked with him to his new red mustang.

"Niall I..I..I'm nervous" I said looking down from embarrassment.

He stopped the car and turned to look at me while holding my hands and said, "Jess calm down you'll fit in if not you know me and the guys are always there for you plus you have those crazy friends of yours, an you look really pretty" he said the last part in a whisper yet I still heard it.

"Thank you Niall you look handsome also" I said and leaned in to kiss his cheek to which he blushed but I never took that serious because he blushed for everything mostly.

When we got to school Niall opened the door for me like the gentleman he is. Then we were walking towards the school until me and Niall were tacked to the ground. I looked up and saw Hayes, Justin and Carter some of Niall's best friends.

"Hey Jess I think Liza and Karyme are looking for you I think they're in the band room" said Hayes while helping me get up

"Ok bye guys I'm gonna look for them" I said while hugging each one of them then I went up to Niall and kissed him in the cheek then I ran off to go with Liza and Karyme.

Niall's POV

As soon as Jessica left all happy and running to the band room the guys started pushing me around and saying "Uuuuuuuuyyyy!" and I had to admit the pushes started hurting me.

"Guys cut it out!" and they stopped I was glad because they never actually listen to me. I got up from the ground and we started walking to the soccer court to play a game or two before the bell rang.

"Hey Niall where are those ugly girls you hang out with!?" yelled Angel talking about Jessica, Liza and Karyme.

"Stop calling them like that idiot!" I said starting to get really pissed.

"Yea guys stop calling them like that or are you jealous that we get to have the cutest girls in the school and you guys don't?" stood up to them Cameron who always liked Liza since he met her.

Angel punched me in the stomech and I punched him back. we then heard the whistle and saw Mr.Sanchez pulling us apart. We ended up going to the office.
