I awoke relatively fine. Aside form the fact we had a class change today, apparently they needed an extra team to fill a period for Professor Port's class.

After the events of yesterday I apologized to Garnet. She accepted it easily but I still feel some guilt, no matter hw many times I say sorry. Anyway we were moving to the Professor's class now hoping to arrive early. But being early seemed to mean we were the first here as no one else arrived. "Ahh hello there. You must be the students transferred to my class. Your here oddly early aren't you?" He asks as we take seats.

"Being early is a habit we all seem to have." Salmon says as he pulls out a notebook. "Speak for yourself! Verde always drags me around to places sooner than we have to be. It sucks!" She says throwing her arms in the air. Eventually other students arrived and the day went on. Thankfully none of our other classes got disrupted due to the transfer so we made it all the way to Goodwitch with no incident. I say that because Cardin decided to cause an incident with Jaune during their spar.

"Look, he's toying with the poor guy." Verde says watching the fight. It's true, he's just playing around with Jaune; the later isn't helping himself at all but just basically taking the blows. Eventually Jaune's aura reaches the yellow and he loses. Goodwitch talks about the Vital Festival and we were about to be dismissed when Garnet stood and yelled out.

"Professor Goodwitch, I would like to challenge Cardin Winchester to a sparing match." She does? Hmmm. Is she standing up for Jaune in a way? "I am sorry Miss Flair but the class has ended already. Perhaps next class session you can have your spar." Goodwitch says. But Garnet seems to not have any of it as she goes over the protective barrier and into the arena. "I don't want it to be during your class. I want it to be now as a challenge, stated in the school rules only challenges that have been issued by a student to a student are sanctioned as a spar."

That rule must be there in case anyone starts to fight with others. Good way to keep random hallway brawls to a minimum. "Yes that is the official rule. Mister Winchester do you accept Miss Flair's challenge?" Cardin looks Garnet up and down with a perverted smirk, disgusting pig. Funny, last I checked he wasn't a Faunus. Shut up Sable.

"Alright. Come on down girly and let's have this fight. You'll probably be as easy as Jauniboy was." Garnet smirks and goes to change, returning in her combat attire. Her chain wrapped around her waist almost like a belt. "Don't hurt him too badly." Verde says as she passes us and enters the soaring area properly this time.

Rules were same as before, the first to have their aura lowered to the yellow loses. After checking if both combatants were ready Goodwitch starts the match.

/Garnet's POV/

The timer started and our match began. This is gonna be fun. "So are you just gonna stand there or are you not man enough to attack me?" I ask Cardin, he smirks at my taunt and lifts his mace to his shoulder. "Aren't you confident. You think you can win against me?" He asks.

He charges finally and swings his mace at my head. I drop down to a knee, the mace going over my head instead of sending it into the wall for a new coat of paint. Looking back I kick his knee dropping him.

From his downed position I kick his back, launching him forward a bit. That armor is heavy, so let's lighten the load a little. He stands and brushes off his shoulder. "You haven't used your weapon yet. I didn't think anyone was this dumb." He says charging again. When he gets close I try to launch my plan but he catches my leg with his and trips me. He lifts his mace and tries to smash me, only hitting the ground and leaving a hole.

I move fast and unwrap my chain, hitting him in the face with it before quickly swinging it back and getting his leg caught in it on the second hit. I pull and make him fall in his face before I move in and start to undo his chest plates straps. I successfully take it off but he gets me with the back of his fist. "Now you've done it. Your so done for!" Huh an empty threat. How cute. I run the spot he hit and stand back up, looking him dead in the eyes. This time I charge. Sliding under his mace I wrap myself around his arm in an arm bar type move and force him to drop the weapon. Then I let go and kick him in his exposed chest. This causes us to both land on the ground. He starts to stir and reach for his weapon, but I'm not having any of that.
