Jade's POV
I walked into the garage and flicked on the lights which sent the room into happiness full of streamers and banners. Banter and kindness and damn right fun as everybody jumped up from their hiding places and screamed SURPRISE in unison.
"Amber. Nina. Fabian. Joy. Willow. Alfie. Jerome. Everyone's here!" I said scanning the room full of faces.
I sprinted towards my parents pulling them in for a hug and showing me to the table pilled high with presents.
Enthusiastically I ripped open the paper and saw the first present from Amber which was an elegant designer dress with sequins and high heels
"Thanks Amber!" I said an ran out to get changed
Patricia's POV
Eddie walked over to Amber and whispered in her ear.
"She is seven not 15!"
"Never to young to understand fashion" Was Amber's response
Jade came out in a red dress with flats on as she couldn't walk in heels yet!
"Hello young princess what have you done with my daughter" Eddie said making her laugh
"Jade come on blow out the candles" She scurried towards the table with the cake and everyone chanted happy birthday but as soon as she blew out the candles the room pitched into darkness.
Jerome and Eddie reached for the fuse box and Jerome for the light switch and with some luck brought the lights back on.
Everyone looked fine until they stared ahead to find where Jade had been standing she was no longer there.
Jerome. Alfie and Eddie sprung to their feet and ran in the house shouting her name.
They came back shaking their heads.
"Gone" Jerome retorted
I started panicking as she wasn't here but everyone grasped me into a hug but I couldn't calm down my heart was pounding and trickles of sweat crept down my face.
Jade's POV
The room was dark and lonely. I was unable to recognise it until the roof opened and a masked figure with a robotic voice came
"Now you be a good little girl Jade. Just like your mum..."
