"you know i can't stay with you tonight," you finished putting your hair in a bun and brandon groaned, "i have practice and if i stay tonight i can't stay next week." you chuckled at his childish behavior.

"but i don't want you to gooo." he rolled out of bed and met you at the door of the bathroom, blocking the exit to you.

"brandon seriously, if you don't move i'm gonna be late for class." you said, checking the time on you phone, out of habit, you were always short on time.

"come on at least five more minutes?" he was hopeful, but you really had to get to class.

"b, you know the rules, i don't go to class, i don't go to practice, and if i don't go to practice then i can't go to our meets. and if i don't go to our meets i don't get a career in track," you wiggled past him, "i don't know why you think the rules have suddenly just, changed."

brandon followed close behind you. "of course i know the rules," he placed his lips on your neck and gently sucked on the already sensitive skin from the night before, "i just feel like breaking them today." he, ever so lightly, dragged his fingertips against your skin, making you shiver. he slowly wrapped his arms around your waist.

you felt like you were in heaven. you were so tense, but then suddenly all your stress just washed away. brandon always has that effect on you. you were so close to caving in until your alarm went off, indicating you had to start heading to class.

"i have to go, b." he let go of you and groaned. you grabbed all of you stuff and walked to the front door, about to walk out. "um your forgetting something," the voice behind you rang.

you smiled and placed the things in your hand on the table. you pulled brandon's head to down to your height and passionately kissed him and pulled away, "i promise, next time i'll stay." you smiled. "you better."
