Awkward

I'm in Kiba's kitchen! Yes, call me a fan girl whatever you want...but never did I ever imagine in a million years would I ever think this would be possible. And I never think I will ever get used to living here. I feel like fainting and I thought Hinata was overreactive around Naruto!

"So you don't mind sushi do you?" Kiba turns around facing me, showing his fangs.

I simply shook my head. I watch as he opens the fridge carelessly and brings out some packets of sushi, placing them on the table.

The kitchen is pretty messy. I'm guessing tidiness isn't the Inzuka's top priority. There's a beef jerky packet opened out on the table - which makes me smile. Near the sink there's a stack of washing still needing to be done, nearly overspilling.

Akamaru is hovering about the kitchen, sniffing the floor. Luckily those other scary dogs aren't in here because the door is closed. I face the dogs, however that doesn't stop them from watching and growling at me from the otherside of the door - which is see-through by the way.

I mentally sigh.

"Just take which ever you like." Kiba gestures to the sushi on the table.

"Ok, thank you." I smile, which he returns, it makes the heat rush to my face - I hope he didn't see. I quickly look at the sushi instead and take a random packet.

I briefly see Kiba pour some food for Akamaru before joining me. I tuck in eating the sushi. Kiba also starts to eat his.

Do you hate it when you have an awkward silence and you don't know what to say? That's exactly what I'm feeling right now and it's killing me. I wonder what Kiba thinks, he probably doesn't mind it but I do.

I just contine eating not daring to look up because I fear I'll turn into a tomato. I feel like sinking into the ground. What's even more worse is that it's just me and him. Why couldn't Hana or Tsume be here?

As if someone was listening to my silent pleads, at that exact moment Tsume and Hana enter the kitchen. For better or worse I don't know.

"Hey Kiba-" Tsume stops as her gaze lands onto me. Oh jeez. Worst moment. Ever. I wonder what they think about me? Actually I don't want to know. Tsume looks suspiciously at me raising an eyebrow when she turns to Kiba.

Hana wolf-whistles. Oh god.

"So who's the girl you have here?" Hana folds her arms across her chest. A grin playing on her face..and a bit of...jealousy?

Kiba looks up.

"This is Motoko. Motoko my ma and sis."

I swallow down the last of my sushi. I know I'm kinda blushing right now, but I can't help it.

"Hi, I'm Motoko Hamasaki." I force a smile.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Tsume." Tsume looks quite...frightening in a way, if you met her yourself, you'd understand. I bet her dogs obey her every words since she probably can be real agressive when she wants to. She has exactly the same red triangle marks on her cheeks. Her clothes looks slightly torn. I would not like to get on the bad side of Tsume.

"Hiya, I'm Hana, that baka's sister." Hana smiles at me. She looks pretty and her hair is tied back in a ponytail.

Tsume clears her throat, attention back to Kiba.

"Er, Mister Inzuka you still haven't told me why she's here. Didn't I tell you not to randomly invite people over without warning me before hand. I haven't seen her around here either."

Tsume has her hands on hips, her eyes almost piercing through Kiba.

"I can explain." Kiba answers back, earning another raise of an eyebrow from her.

"No really. Basically Motoko is my mission. Tsunade told me to look after her till she can go back to her world." Kiba expained everything about me and why I'm here.

And all throughout it I just sat there awkwardly, taking slow bites of my sushi, whilst Hana and Tsume listened intently.

"Hmm though Kiba I'm dissapointed to say the least, thought you'd finally got a girlfriend, and a decent one at that." Tsume says carelessly, not knowing how much that made me blush - which was alot.

Luckily no one was looking at me. I stole a glance at Kiba and saw he just looked normal, not affected at all, except he looked annoyed at his mom for saying that.

"Ma what can you expect it's Kiba were talking about." Hana commenting, causing Tsume to join in laughing.

Kiba glaring at her shooting his comeback.

"Hey get your own boyfriend first before saying that to me!" That shut Hana up.

"Anyways, Motoko," Tsume turns to me smiling,

"You'll have to share a room with Hana, is that ok?"

What? I'd rather have my own space than share with someone I barely know? But I have no choice I shouldn't be picky, "Yeah thats fine." I force a smile for the second time today.

Although Hana looks like she wants to protest, well that makes the two of us.

"C'mon then, follow me." Hana barely gives me a glance then I follow her to her room.
