A Charming New Dimension (Book 2)

A new chapter: 1

Several months passed since the Charmed kids defeated Zed, Killess and Ravven in October.

Baby Prudence was nine months old, it was early summer.

Polly found out after returning her father's powers and the baby's magic that flying was actually her power and the baby's magic only brought it out quicker, she was experiencing some other power developments, but not really telling anyone else.

The twins and Pattoria were about to be freshmen in college.

Mel, Henry and Polly were managing local demon attacks along with their whitelighter, Tafarie who they getting very close to.

General P.O.V

"We know they escaped, Paige was there for godsakes." Piper said to elder Icarie who she, Phoebe and Paige were having a clandestine conversation with.

"Piper, keep your voice down." Paige said.

"As I was saying, they plan to travel to this other dimension."

"A dimension you all neglected to let us know existed." Piper interrupted.

"Piper. Please continue. " Phoebe said.

"This particular dimension is home to two very powerful witches that live in an uncontacted village in that dimension, their's is a fragile existence already, we cannot allow them to steal their magic, it could mean the end of us all if the dark Charmed ones get this power boost." Icarie said in a hushed voice.

"I don't like this, not one bit, I thought they were making progress?" Piper asked.

"They were just getting better at playing at being good." Icarie replied.

"They haven't entered the dimension yet, we still have time to stop then, the kids don't have to get involved." Phoebe said.

"I don't recommend you three go after them." Icarie said.

"Why? We are still the charmed ones, aren't we? I'm sure we can take on a couple kids." Paige said.

"Alright I understand why you need to do this, but if you fail, the new Charmed ones will have to handle this. They are headed to an Island in the Caribbean, we don't know which, but the spell needed to open a gate to this new dimension is there." Icarie said.

"Thank you." Piper said.

"Blessed be." the elder said then orbed out.

"Billie is in Barcelona with her husband for the summer, we can't call her." Phoebe said.

"And Wyatt and Chris are dealing with a warlock uprising in Sacramento." Piper said.

"Well how are you liking the promised peace so far ladies?" Paige asked.

"Oh it's splendid." Phoebe replied.

Melinda's P.O.V

Dear diary, today marks the first day that I didn't see his face on every guy that looked at me, I didn't hear his laugh everytime I laughed. But I still think about him all the time even last night when we were fighting those wendigos at the park.

There were about six of them, it was dark and we weren't sure, they were all huge Wolf like bipedal beast, and they were scratching people, turning them into wendigos.

We were standing next to the swings that were blowing in the wind causing an ominous squeaking sound.

Henry was in the middle, I was on his left and Polly was on his right, and Tafarie was late to the party.
