Melinda's P.O.V

"Wait, b-but I thought your parents were originally from the U.S."

"They just went there to study, but they always planned to go back home and open a restaurant together, but then I came along, my father crossed over to the other side and-"

"I know." I cut him off from the painful memory.

"You think it'd be easier to start fresh far away from the Charmed ones and the reminders of the past." I said while touching his hand, I had abandoned my food, I didn't want to eat, I wanted to scream at the weird tragedy that was my life.

"Yes and his brothers, the ones who turned him evil are in America it's better we go back to Korea when I get them back."

That was followed by an uncomfortable pause.

"So what are you planning on doing with yourself when that happens?"

"Go to university, study medicine, same as my sweetheart." He said and one of my right eye brow shot up.

"Your sweetheart? Oh wait you mean me, how did you know that?"

"You told me last year, you also said that you were afraid you aren't smart enough and that it would be too hard and-"

"That I'd have to settle for just becoming a nurse and you said never to settle and that I was the smartest most capable person you had ever met, with your corny butt." I said poking him.

"I was dead serious."

"I'm gonna miss you like crazy, but I want this to happen for you." I said retracting my hands from his.

"And I want you to be happy after me." he said reaching for and gracing both my hands gently.

I wanted to speak, but that would only be the on switch to my tears.

The hotel was coming down all around us lightening was flying around everywhere, people were screaming and storming out of the building in rush panic, it was total anarchy.

Moon and I were fighting side by side, his powers amplified mine, we were facing off against the female immortal who seemed to be able to shake the earth.

Our moms were facing off against the male Immortal

"A tornado would be great right now." Henry said dodging an energy blast from Mauricio.

"I don't have that ability any more Mauricio took it back." Moon said then the ground beneath Pattoria opened, luckily Polly flew over and grabbed her as the holes seemed to have no bottom, we had to start backing up as holes were opening up all over and some were spitting fire.

All of us except for our parents were backed into a corner by the hotel's front desk.

"There's no where to orb!"

"We have to retreat!" Tafarie said suggesting that we orb out of the hotel.

Mauricio and the other female were fixed on us I could tell she was going to open a huge portal beneath us.

"We have to go, your parents will follow!" Tafarie said when the male Immortal blasted Paige and Mauricio went over and helped him to overpower our parents.

Then A portal opened beneath us and we started to fall, everyone grabbed on to Henry and Tafarie and we all orbed out and back into the forest.

"We have to go back!" Henry shouted.

"We can't." Tafarie said.

"They have our parents!"

"And soon we will have you too." the white haired woman said as she appeared before us and blasted Tafarie, then the male appeared and hurled lightening at us, we all scattered and tried to fire back but he was too quick.
