"Morning," my parents say everyday I walk downstairs to leave for school.

"Morning," I say and grab a fruit roll up before leaving for school.

"Hey," Ashton says when I walk over to him where we meet every morning for an occasional make-out-session but usually we just talk.

"How was your weekend?" I ask and sit down on the bench next to him.

"Boring without you," he says and kisses my neck.

"I saw you Friday," I tell him," but I wish we could have spent yesterday together."

"Yeah," he says," maybe next weekend."

"Oh," I say," I'm having a party on Friday."

"Really?"

"It wasn't really so much as my idea but Luke talked me into it," I say.

"Luke?"

"Yeah," I tell him," he said my house would be a perfect place to have a party and my parents aren't going to be here all week up until next Monday."

"Are you sure you want to have a party?"

"I'm totally up for it and why shouldn't I? I mean you have parties all the time."

"You should," he says," it'll be fun."

"Yeah it will," I say and rest my head on his shoulder and he wraps his arm around me," and you have to be there."

"I will," he says.

"So it never snows in California? Never?"

"I mean it snows like once every year or so,"

"Well then I'm flying to New York every winter so I can be in the snow," I tell Ashton, Luke, Michael, Harry, Sophia, Elena, and one of my closest girl friends, Ally.

I see Zayn look around the lunch room for a seat and I wave him over to our table.

"Hey," I say and scoot closer to Ashton to make space for Zayn.

"Hey,"

"That's Zayn,"

"I think we all know," Ashton says and looks at Luke who looks at Zayn and then me.

"Right," I say noticing the awkward tension," that's Luke, Harry, Sophia, Michael, Elena, Ally, and Ashton."

"Hello," he says and smiles.

They stay quiet for a little and Ally finally breaks the ice.

"So how do you and Jessica know each other?" She asks.

"We have first period together," he tells her.

"I sit next to him,"

"Cool," she says and takes a big bite out of her sandwich. I'm guessing so she doesn't have to talk anymore.

"Wow, lunch is almost over," Luke says and gets up from his seat to throw away his food. I stop him before he gets to the trash and put my apple core in his lunch bag filled with wrappers.

Every one gets up to throw away their trash and Zayn laughs a little.

"Sorry," I mutter.

"It's fine," he tells me," they're your friends. They don't know me they just know what I've done."

"What have you done?"

"Oh," he says," I'll tell you later."

"Tell me now," I whine.
